The warm welcome you receive upon arrival , makes you feel already harpy ! The rooms have a fantastic view to the marvelous pool and ocean . It’s a resort we’re if you want you can totally relax.the different restaurants they have are very good and you don’t need to go out if the hotel , but if you prefer They have a transfer service to the town every hour until 21.30. A special thanks to the General Manager Mr. Pipat he is a very good professional and arranged everything we needed for us .

It is a beautiful property with nice location and have private beach . It’s a big property but for food it has limited restaurants. Not much options . But overall worth staying . Pool area is nice . Rooms are nice and service is good .

The best services with spectacular scenery. International food at The main restaurant very delicious. Big swimming pool. I can feel Thai culture from this hotel, Service mind excellent with staff's smile all the way you go.

Very nice hotel , to far from BKK ,good service but very bad rooms ... closet it's a joke if you need to spend more than 3/4 days in the area. Good restaurants and pool , very kind service all over the hotel but if you need privat transportation , pls don't use the hotel one because , you are going to spend about 3 times more than booked by yourself. Make sure you go on a proper date , beach to dangerous if you are not wearing special swimming shoes.

We had organised a wedding at this Resort. The Resort is vast and beautiful. The decor is traditionally thai. Its a well maintained Resort though it does need certain repairs- water dripping away at the pro shop during rains and small bowls kept on floor to collect it was not a very pleasant scene. Staff is good. Khun Jutamas was very helpful in all arrangements and went out of her way to assist. Food was mediocre and does require some action. Even the thai dishes were not upto the mark. Overall a luxurious experience.

We had a horrible time at this property specially due to the poor service. As a property, it was quite run down and desperately needs renovation. The best part of the hotel was the massive pool which was fun. The rooms were quite badly done and furniture and linen was dirty. Housekeeping and cleanliness was really bad. Our room wasn’t cleaned till 4 pm (after repeatedly reminding them). The spa was average. Food was also average. Really disappointed with quality of food. Horrible experience at checkout when bellboy did not come for 30 mins. We carried our own bags down. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. 2 pools on the property 1 is very large and for the kids and families smaller in the middle was nice. Room service was great nice selection of Thai to Western cuisine. Hotel is not too close to many restaurants and shops but it's peaceful. Must check out Love Bread. Very tasty stuff Aloha

We are great Dusit fans, but it had been a while since we had stayed at the resort in Hua Hin, or actually Cha-am, so we took advantage of the school holidays and a few free days to return and as always we were not disappointed. This time we stayed in a Family Suite and awoke to a stunning sunrise over the west coast of the Gulf of Siam, savouring our early-morning cups of tea as we soaked up the sights and sounds of a tropical garden from the privacy of our balcony. From talking to the staff, who themselves are mostly proficient in English, we learnt that the Dusit Thani Hua Hin has, unsurprisingly, won countless accolades and can justifiably claim to call itself a family resort. The town and hotel are both steeped in royal heritage. Indeed, the late King Bhumibol had his summer palace, Wang Klai Kangwol, just down the road, and one of the long-serving staff recalled how, as a frequent visitor with Her Majesty The Queen and other family members, His Majesty had actually played an impromptu jazz session with the resident band in the hotel’s Polo Bar. Our Family Suite was comfortable and although there was only three of us, it could have comfortably accommodated up to four. We all loved the tasteful classic furnishings which combined a touch of contemporary Thai elegance. Conveniently, there was a separate living room (se we had two TVs and no squabbling!), a modern bathroom with two sinks, a walk-through wardrobe and handy compact pantry. We also noticed there was an option of a connecting room, which we assume would have created a two-bedroomed suite if we had needed it. We love Dusit Thani Hua Hin because it caters for everyone, we two pools, one huge like an Olympic pool, the other secluded in a shady environment. All through the day there are activities for the family, while there are plenty of sports activities at the gym or on the beach. Food is great and there are, I think, four different restaurants, so we were spoilt for choice. Thank you everyone for another great stay. We’ll be back!

Attention Travellers! Warning! กรุณาหลีกเลี่ยง หากไม่จำเป็น ขอร้องให้พักที่อื่น We are very disappointed with the overall quality of the service and experience. 1. The room we stayed in (124) was dirty and staled. The floor was sticky. The headboard was wet when we checked in. The furnitures were old and stained. We had to put our towels over the chairs before we sit down. 2. The room entrance area was a mess. The housekeeping equipments, carts, and beds were laying around all over the hallway. We checked in at 2:00 pm and it was still there at 8:00 pm when we were leaving for dinner. I eventually made a comment to one of the front desk agent and she said it was because they had a lot of guests checked out today. That doesn't sound right. You still haven't cleared the hallway at 8:00pm? 3. I called for ice 3 times and it took nearly 1 hour for someone to deliver the ice. How is this possible? I actually had to ask where they were buying the ice from the third time I called down to the front desk. 4. The dining room staff (at least the two female staff we talked to) doesn't understand the concept of customer service when we asked for afternoon snacks (in Thai). She just put down the drinks menu and walked away and never came back. Guess what we did next! We left and never came back. 5. We felt that we paid 5 star price for a 2 star service. In fact, I don't believe Dusit even deserve a single star. How can you continued to market your product as 5 Star? 6. We initially planned to spend the evening in the hotel but decided to go out instead after what we have experienced. 7. I attempted to share my experience with the front desk during check out but he didn’t seem like he was taking me seriously. He acted like he is concerned by taking notes but when I looked at his notes they were scribbles that’s hardly legible. I thought I was wasting my time so I just left. 8. The one good thing Dusit has is the pool. I hope the managers and the shareholders take these comments to heart and seriously think about making fast improvements. It will take a lot for you to win me back. But again you may not even care. I am happy to provide comments face-to-face and share some of the photos with you. Another couple was complaining about similar things when we were checking out. กรุณาเชื่อผมว่าไม่คุ้ม - อย่าไปพักเลย Please consider these comments prior to booking.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights to escape the busy life in Bangkok. All staff that I encountered is very friendly and willing to help. My room was clean and spacious and from the balcony I was able to see the sea. The hotel is around 15 minutes from the town, but there is a shuttle bus every hour for a small price. Hua Hin is a nice town, but quite busy during my visit so I was happy when I got back to the hotel where it was nice and quiet. The breakfast buffet has a lot to offer, so make sure you don't miss out on that! I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I visit Hua Hin.
