Very nice but too expensive. Service was excellent, food was poor. Setting beautiful but pricing was extortionate. Location was a little remote. Service in San Marco was extremely slow and the steak was tasteless and very over priced.
Wasn’t please staying at Dusit Thani Hua Hin this time. Type of my room was Clue Suite 3 nights cost THB 16,763 but everything down graded. Hotel was remodeled, check in took so long, less food / alcohol in club lounge( mostly drinks made with Thai syrup Hale’s blue boy)Breakfast club room and food weren’t great like before , not fresh even in room complementary they gave me same as night before at club lounge . Very disappointed 😞 I heard that this hotel was remodeled and closed 204 rooms , they should taking care their guests better instead service, foods ect went down with the rooms👎🏻 one good thing about this staying was I captured the sunrise moment🥰 priceless
Nice check in experience. Very good location. Have it’s own beach area. Valued for money. Room is nice and clean. Very good quality of breakfast. Well trained staffs. Will recommend to friends and family.
We were treated very well from the time we checked in at the executive lounge until check out. Great breakfast and nice environment. This property is being renovated and we were told that the renovation will finish before the end of this year.
Stayed here for 12 nights , a lot of work going on at present and this does not help to what would be a perfect quiet amazing experience. The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment, and whilst they are trying to not disrupt the experience it does. The noise whilst in the pool was annoying, constant drilling, and banging and occasionally even dust flying through the air and into the pool area. The breakfast is served in an outdoor area and was always cold , which is not good enough for a 5 star hotel. These are all negative points but there are positives. The room we were in was comfy , plenty of room if not a little dated and tired. The beachfront is paradise, the staff are fantastic and they literally cannot do enough for you. So to sum up: I would love to come back when the hotel is running like it should. Feel a bit let down that we weren’t told major works were going on and also the breakfast was so poor as there normal restaurant is undergoing refurbishment. My advice would be to give this hotel a miss until the work is all complete to have the best experience even though we enjoyed it. Hotel 7/10 Breakfast 4/10 Room8/10 Staff 10/10
Loved the style and class, main restaurant was closed for remodel. Top notch service and immaculate grounds. I was surprised to instant coffee in room then difficult to get one just to go. Overall it’s very service, pool bar and drinks were very well done. Royal treatment all around...minus the coffee hunt.
The hotel is clean and nice. Staff provide excellent services and were very helpful. Nice atmosphere and full of Thai hospitality. Would definitely return again! The location is great. It is between cha-am and Hua hin.
We are repeat guests and visited in September. Some of the hotel facilities were not operational because of renovations but this did not affect the quality of our stay. Great staff, friendly welcome and service. I think the renovations will be completed by November and promise a real treat. Looking forward to seeing it all finished. Book club room if your budget will stand it. Well worth the money.
Yet another ten days at this lovely hotel, year after year their welcome and service is tip top, staff are a credit to the management and company. The hotel is undergoing major refurbishment but it is being managed so well it does not spoil your stay in anyway..Thank you again Dusit Thani Hua Hin, management and staff keep up the good work.
Beautiful hotel in huge grounds. The pool area is the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately it’s the rainy season but we made the most of it. Down side for me is the beach. Smelly drain water from hotel being flushed out to sea right in front of the beach access till they have to put a bridge for you to cross. Breakfast was adequate, nothing particularly special. Location is very far from the town area so unless you have your own transportation, you will need to depend on the van transfer provided by the hotel. One way to town is THB50 per person. They won’t stop anywhere along the way like if you wanted to go to Plearnwan. Grab costs THB220 one way to/from town. Hotel staffs are very polite and professional.
