With 6 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 full bathrooms, and a dedicated game room, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together between your adventures.

When it's time to unwind, gather in the living room to watch TV, head to the family room to play cards or a game of octagon pool, or catch the game together.

We have never stayed in this area on our "Penn St annual weekend" but I would come back to this property. We enjoyed the 2 living rooms: one for kids and one for adults. Plenty of bedrooms. We had a nice fire in the backyard. The one negative is the small kichen and cooking pans.Good host and good property.

Perfect Family Spot

This place was perfect for our growing family. It accommodated our adult children and grandchild as well as our teen boys. It was o my a mile from the boat launch and had space to park our boat. Yancy was very accommodating and responsive. We were able to bring our dogs. Overall a fantastic family house!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very clean and well stocked! We loved the large front porch and how close it was to the lake! Bonita is extremely responsive & her and Yancy are so accommodating. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better home or hosts! If you are looking for good food & great customer service, go right next door to Brother’s Pizza! Our family is already talking about making another visit! 100% would recommend!
