I was under the impression on Expedia that my check in was all taken care of when I arrived I was charged a fifty dollar fee and a hold on my credit card not fully explained by the desk clerk which had the personality of a snail ! The free breakfast sucked it was scrambled eggs (wet) dry hard potatoes and shredded bacon. The fruit was brown and the oatmeal was so thick I could have filled in potholes in the road with it. The television guide was unreadable because of static. I turned the heat on and it was still cold an hour later because the heating was shut off on the main unit ! No daily paper was seen I would have even purchased one if it were available! Other than that the hotel, the room and lobby were very clean along with the outside of the hotel
