Arrived and my toilet did not work and shower was clogged! Shouldn’t this be caught during cleaning before we get in the room??? Makes you think if they actually clean!! Beds had stains in them. Customer service was very rude!!!

There were a few things that made this stay disappointing. First of all, they had parking lot lights out that ended up leading to a 5 car break-in on Friday night. The hot tub was green and slimy, the pool was clean but the area was uninviting and sad. The breakfast was pretty gross so we ate out every morning instead so didn't save any money there. In regards to the room, our carpet was stained, the room was hot(it is Houston though) and my back hurt every morning because the bed was pretty bad.
The staff was great. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast selection was awesome!
I was very surprised at the cleanliness and how quiet it was being as the waterpark is right behind the hotel, and being as everybody is out and about getting there last minute vacations in before kids go back to school. I will definently recommend this hotel.
It was very nice. I had a Jacuzzi in my room which was unexpected. Room was comfortable and coo. I would recommend it.

Very clean and comfortable room. The only issue was the price, which was higher than all the other comparable hotels.
Because I was there for work, I found the location to be perfect for ferrying me where I needed. I was a short trip to Houston where I could meet up with friends and be social. The staff were with very small exception great. I was a little concerned when I saw the overall rating but I thought that I was well taken care of and will return to this comfort suites.
