Room was extremely clean and bright. Beds were a little to firm for us but thats just our preference. Over all a very excellent stay.

This property is near restaurants but on a busy road with no sidewalks. The housekeeper never showed up the first day to make up beds and change towels. The breakfast was disappointing so we never ate there. The airport shuttle service does not run after 7 p.m. which didn't help us, as our flight arrived after 10:30.

Overall I'd rate it a 8 out of 10... I wouldn't call it a hotel, maybe more of an upscale modern motel/lowscale hotel. Rooms were pretty clean. Towels and sheets clean and dry and folded (haven't had that experience all the time in the past at more expensive places in the area). They even left a little decorative TP bow on the toilet paper roll, nice touch. The pillows could use more fluff in them though, flat.. But when I asked for a few extra, they gave me some no problem. Continental breakfast could have used restocking during the breakfast hours. Shower was big enough for 2, and the water was hot with good pressure. Easy access from freeway exit, and close to a lot of places in The Woodlands..i,e...shopping, restaurants (of all sorts), businesses, entertainment. All in all it was a good experience for me and my girlfriend. Wouldn't mind making it our go to place when she comes to visit. We will be back.

Room was very clean, I appreciate the ref and microwave in the room. Grounds seemed well maintained. Was disappointed with breakfast because I was expecting hot fresh items like eggs, bacon. But it didn’t say hot breakfast on their website, so my fault for expecting that. They had some meat / cheese sandwiches to heat. Rest of breakfast items were pretty good and fresh.

New Hotel, modern feel, clean, faux wood tile floors/ no carpet, excellent amenities, close to cynthia woods pavilion and restaurants. A/C worked great. Only stayed one night but would stay longer. This is an excellent choice for a simple short stay on a budget that doesn’t feel like a “budget” hotel.

All in all it was a good experience for me and my girlfriend. Wouldn't mind making it our go to place when she comes to visit. We will be back.
