The room rate was very good. We tried to use the pool , the pool was in need of service There was green algae on the steps and the bottom. We stayed 2 nights. The room was not cleaned either night, i had to call the desk y o hsve towels replenished.

I liked the appearance of hotel clean and remodeled recently. Pet friendly hotel. Smelled like dogs in the lobby which I did not like. Room was clean no odor there. What I was disappointed with was the breakfast. The website stated breakfast was given. However there was signs posted throughout hotel that due to current pandemic breakfast would be a grab and go bag. All the bag contained was a water bottle, apple or orange juice, a granola bar, and apple sauce. The main reason I chose this hotel over others during my trip was due to the hot breakfast only to find out that was not the case and IT WAS NOT POSTED ON WEBSITE. Other than the dog odor in lobby and bagged breakfast everything else was fine.

Beautiful property, nice clean spacious rooms. I Liked the property overall just bad customer service experience. One issue that stood out was that we asked for late checkout when we checked in, was adv’d that wouldn’t be a problem and that it would be passed to day shift. My husband called the next morning to confirm we was good for a late check out and front desk confirmed. We went to sleep and was woke up by room service twice after I adv them we was checking out at one. Both time they woke up my babies. Then we received a call from front desk asking when we was leaving. This was at approx. 11, checkout is at noon, late check out was 1. Over never felt so rushed and uncomfortable. After this we quickly packed up and left.

Nice and clean. Front desk was attentive. Room nice and clean.

I enjoyed the spacious room and breakfast was great. I will definitely stay there again.
