This hotel was excellent from the staff to the cleanliness. It is a pet friendly hotel but the rooms were very clean to be pet friendly. The staff was so nice & professional. The only negative is they charge $22 for parking which I didn't see why but overall it was a very nice hotel. I would definitely recommend. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere outside for hanging out & walking and is Just a few minutes from restaurants.

Very professional staff even during the night of the pandemic.

The hotel was super clean and they were always super nice to us very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great weekend! Everything was perfect. Hope to be there again.

The location is perfect to where we needed to be at appointments in the Woodlands. It was very nice and the grounds are beautiful.

It was beautiful and eveyone there was very nice and helpful

I loved the atmosphere around this place. The extras were great including the complimentary breakfast that went with my upgraded room choice. The bed wasny very comfortable but other than that our stay was great

This property is breathtaking. This property is one of the best properties I've stayed in in years. I told I look forward to coming back.

Awesome place upgrade me To Marriott club. Do you want me to add more words this review

It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The ice machine was relatively far from the room we got but that did not reduce significantly from the experience

Love the hotel. Front desk staff was amazing. Will definitely be back here.

I travel a lot for business. This is a brand new hotel that tries too hard to present itself as upscale. Nickel-and-dimed and over-charged for several things. Some examples: Got billed $13 for the free wifi, $25 for a basic drink at the bar, and they would have charged $22 for self-parking (in the middle of a suburban area, charging for parking, really?) but their parking billing system wasn't running yet. The room is nice and modern in decor but the bed -- oh, the bed. Got up out of bed and a spring broke through the mattress and sliced my wrist. 1am and I'm cleaning blood out of the bed sheets just so I can get back to sleep quickly.
