Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little older and shows signs of its age but is clean and comfortable. It is located in a somewhat industrial area so not great for family stays.

The only issue was the pool. Supposed to be open 10 to 10 but we couldn't go in until 12 due to adding chemicals. Add the chemicals earlier to avoid that. Clean rooms. Great staff. Nice breakfast.

Very clean hotel with great staff. Only issue was having to get room key reauthorized every other day during week long stay. Up to room, key doesn't work, down to counter to get key reprogrammed, back to room. Not fun for old geezer like me.

We had a few minor things wrong with the room( no glass plate for the microwave, broken toilet paper holder, difficult bathroom lock) overall was a clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was ok with a lot of choices.I would stay again. It was a great place to stay for the price!

Bad area... Walking from hotel one block to one of only two nearby restaurants, the hotel staff warned us to be back inside before dark, then a cop warned us as we walked past his car, to be careful of homeless, drug use, dealers and prostitution around area...

Our room was very spacious and loved that it had a microwave and frig since we were there 3 days househunting. The free breakfast was also great, although I was quite bummed they didn't offer Skim milk and drove around trying to find some to no avail. It was unseasonably cool when we were there so didn't get to use the pool/hot tub. The treadmill was broken, so had to use stationary bike for workout. Would definitely consider staying there again

I felt that this hotel was very nice for the price. There were only 2 things that I didn't like. 1. The room smelled a little musty. 2. There were not any blackout curtains! There was a street light right outside the window and I couldn't block the light out because the blackout curtains only covered the window half way (they were mounted instead of a track to open and close). Other than that, the food was good, staff was nice, and the room was very pretty. The pillows were amazing. :) Would stay here again if I ever need to go back to Houston.

Great hotel, great location! Staff is very friendly & helpful. It is the only place I like to stay when I go to Houston!

Great hotel to say. Friendly staff, clean and great location.

Stayed here for three nights in July. The hotel is in the process of remodeling and upgrading. Room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and professional. Convenient to Hobby airport.

It was an excellent room, super clean, smelled fresh and a perfect location.

I was very impressed with the location, friendliness of the staff and the quality of the room. I will definitely stay there again

The rooms were very nice. Like new. Flat screen TV. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We took the shuttle to the airport and parked our car there while we were away. We called once we landed and the shuttle was waiting to take us back to our car. Only complaint was some late night noise, probably other customers, that woke me up.

My husband and I found this hotel to be perfect for the short business trip we needed to take. The location offered easy access to our required destinations

My wife and I came to town to visit family for a week and because I like to keep the temperature cooler than Texans like, I chose to have us stay in a hotel and keep the room cold. This turned out to be such a nice hotel with everything working like new (the hotel is new) and everything kept really clean. The 32" flat panel TV was a nice touch, especially with the free HBO. Parking was easy in-n-out and the hotel was quiet eventhough it was close to Hobby Airport. I'd say this is one of the nicest hotels I stayed at this price point. the counter staff and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and showed sincere concern and appreciation for our business. If you have kids who like pools, the pool at this hotel looked very nice" 5 ft at one end and 3 ft at the other, and there was a separate smaller 3 ft pool adjacent to it, all in ground - no lifeguard on duty so you'll need to watch your own kids (we didn't use the pool though). And there's a small gym with the basics in equipment that will most likely satisfy any type of workout you tend to while at home - I use a gym back home regulary and this would've sufficed had I used it. We would most likely stay here again next time we're in town (we stayed in about a 1/2 dozen or so other hotels before this one). Oh yeah, the free breakfasts are 6am to 930am and the food is great, with a nice selection too.
