I would stay again it's really nice everything, including the staff and breakfast
The suite was clean, great big screen TV, both microwave and fridge in room and the SHOWER WAS AMAZING, big as a bathtub area, handheld and fixed shower nozzles and a chair in the shower.... loved it, plenty of towels.

Disappointing. The hotel and especially the room had a heavy pungent smell. The pool was closed on Monday and only open 9am-9pm the other days. On our second day our keys needed to be reactivated. In the middle of our stay the tissue box ran out and was never replaced. The hotel is difficult to access; you either need to go through a parking lot or hazard a pot hole ridden side road.
I stay at Comfort Inns a lot. This hotel should not even exist. The location is back lot, huge pot holes in roadway, with nothing around for food supply or entertainment - the staff sleeping on the job, all poorly dressed, shredded furniture, broken amenities, no one at front desk each time, receptionist poorly dressed and looking ragged, dirty floors in bathroom....I wanted to leave immediately. This place should be closed!!!
This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed here. Each time Lauren at the front desk has been extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is very nice and has free breakfast which was hot and fresh. The only complaint I would have is not really the Hotel's issue.. but the road in front of the hotel is more like an alley and it has major pot holes. I am not sure why the back entrance to the hotel is locked as it was difficult to find the entrance when we arrived the first time. Overall we will continue to use this hotel when we need to stay in Houston to visit with family.

Good hotel. Everything was good except last day my room key did not work and my bathroom wiped clean with all my stuff trashed.
Me and my husband stayed at this hotel the night before he took his nursing exam. The staff was very nice and the room was exceptionally clean! The breakfast was even pretty decent! Would definitely recommend to someone else!
Everything was great except the hot water in our room quit working so we were switched to another room. No big deal
