House was very clean and accomodating; it was cozy but felt very spacious in a well kept and quiet neighborhood; garage availability and walking trails nearby would also make this a nice long term rental as well.

This home was exactly as described. It was conveniently located and in a great neighborhood. Our family enjoyed the open concept and watching movies in the spacious living room. The two additional bedrooms were separated from the main suite which was a plus for our family. Our host was very responsive and made check-in and check-out very convenient. Lions @ Texans Football Weekend

Property was wonderful and would definitely stay here again. Very clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Having the garage to park our rental car in was nice also. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Close to IAH airport and not to far from downtown. Owners communicated well and accomodated a special request that we had.
