Convenient access to highways, big room, lots of shelf space in bathroom, big refrigerator, plenty of outlets (but no USB outlets). Lamp didn’t work, breakfast was a joke (they ran out of EVERYTHING before 7:30 this morning), no café as advertised, evidence of stalled construction (it felt like we were in an unfinished facility).

The ice machine was not functioning the 3 days we were there. Pool was closed, in room coffee machine was broken. All fire doors were propped open, terrible old smelly pillows. It was a challenge to open room every time we returned, had to fiddle with door every time we returned. Breakfast ran out of coffee daily

Chose this motel as it rated best in our price range, but wished we hadn’t. Even though the room was clean and comfortable, but dated there was an interesting smell of damp or drains, and breakfast was a very poor selection

Only thing that really irritated me was the bedbug I found under my pillow the next morning. It's not something I would want to bring home and I don't think anyone else would either. They did accommodate for a different room and said I would be getting refunded for my stay, I have yet to receive my refund but we will see if they keep their word. The girl at the front desk is very polite and professional. She said she was new and I want her to know she has excellent customer service skills.

This place has been on our list, but we were greatly disappointed. We had to go back a long ways to get the keys re-processed. The 'new' keys worked but someone was already checked into the room! The final room had 2 stained chairs, replaced upon request but with two chairs which also needed cleaning. No pictures on the walls. We will eagerly return to Baymont.

OK property if you get a good clerk

The stay started out badly. The reception clerk was probably new and had poor customer service skills. I asked her about the pool and she told us where it was and I asked why the electric sign at the entrance said it was closed. Her answer " I forgot". She then told us to go left for the elevator (it was right and then left. And the first room we were assigned to had a broken air conditioner. Fortunately we were quickly moved .The breakfast was OK but the same2 days in a row

They need to update their rooms, clean them better. The A/C did not work well. The waffles at breakfast had a weird taste to them. The lobby has been redone and is nice. They just need to redo all their rooms and update stuff, and their courtyard needs redone and fixed up. The swimming pool was not open.
