The place was over booked had to pay extra for a suite I didn't need .Would have cancelled but the money was already charged to my account.

Breakfast poor. No half and half or other product for watery coffee. No AC in lobby. AC and fan in room very loud. Whole building very tired. Way over priced for facility.

Excellent staff, very courteous and responsive.

It had a cute entry area with some unique decorative pieces. The pool was still closed due to Covid restrictions, so it said, but they had all been lifted in the area. The windows had boards in them for a secondary lock, which is not what you would expect at a hotel. The dining room had very limited food selection, which was disappointing due to it being in a small town with very limited restaurant selections. Overall it was ok.

When booking through Orbitz the information said the hotel was pet friendly, but never that there was a $20 pet fee. When I called your customer service they couldn’t find any information except $15 fee that ended in 2020. She called the manager Vish who was very difficult to work with. She said the pet fee was $20 but she would send a orbitz $50 coupon which I have not received. Bedroom was dirty and had a very very strong smell of sanitizer. The beds were comfortable but the managers attitude pretty much ruined the stay.

The staff was not willing to provide coffee for early morning guests. The keys to the room were antiquated, associated with a $125 charge if you lost the key.

The hotel staff were trying but there were some significant issues that are worth noting. The pool was closed (ostensibly due to covid) but the breakfast was open, so that doesn't make sense. The carpet was sticky, the fridge barely working, and the bath was dirty. If you're visiting south Dakota be prepared for no masks from both visitors and staff. Beautiful area though and good location.

Personal Emergency kept us from checking in or canceling our reservation. UGH!!

The breakfast was weird. They had a limited offering of hot food; sausage but no hot eggs of any kind. Breakfast hours ended abruptly at 9:00. Not up to par or close to other chains we have visited. Otherwise, the room was fine. Very confortable.

We had two rooms booked. The one we could get in right away and early. The 2nd one we could not get into until after 315pm. It was a bit inconvenient. The counter staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Overall this hotel accommodated our needs.

It's one of our favorite places to stay. Owners and management are always respectful and nice. This time, the night-time person could have been nicer. I'm not a big biscuits and gravy person, but they make it so delicious that I have it every time.

Sheet on one bed looked a little rough. Kind of looked like small blood stairs. Other than 6, it was a nice hotel with very friendly staff and pretty good amenities.

Always dependable with cleaniness and good breakfast.

Dated hotel, room needs freshening up, shower curtain smell, needs to be replaced with washable replaceable kind. Bathroom smelt like urine and musty, needs updating or scrubbed with bleach, window in room did not lock. Staff were pleasant but appeared tired. Room ok for one night if passing through. If updates were made and bathrooms cleaned or redone I would recommend this hotel.

Not very clean, breakfast is a typical continental breakfast. Night shift staff is helpful but day shift was very rude. would not stay again
