The first room that we had was lacking cleanliness, the TV didn't work, and 2 of the lamps did not work. We were moved to another room, and the furniture was in bad shape. The continental breakfast was OK, but not a lot of options, and the same selection for both days. There was about 5-6 inches of snow in the town, and no one bothered to shovel the sidewalk, making things packed and slippery. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. I do not recommend and won't stay there again.

Breakfast was ok, definitely not as good as it used to be (I believe they reheated leftovers from previous day). No orange juice and milk was expired. This morning an employee was making waffles for her entire family as we were waiting to use the only waffle iron they have. Room was clean and beds were comfortable, pillows need to replaced as some were lumpy. The floor by elevator was sticky with a spilled substance the entire time we were there. We stayed here in the past, but won't be returning. I tried booking thru hotel and the guy I spoke to quoted me $76/night even after I told him I could book online for $58, so I booked online for $58/night. The owner is definitely not putting any money back into the property. The door on the left end of the front side on the hotel was broken when we stayed there several years ago, and is still broken. A headboard was on a pallet outside main entrance for several days. Such a shame as this used to be a great place to stay.

the Gal at the front desk that checked us in was wonderful and this is not her fault. The place is absolutely disgusting. Exterior trash cans were over flowing and garbage on the grounds. There are homeless people living in the back of the property. The room was filthy. Mold on the shower and shower curtain. Live bugs everywhere and mold all around the window. IT WAS SO DISGUSTING WE LEFT RIGHT AWAY

I purchased 4 rooms - two for 4 nights and two for 3 nights for family attending my husband's funeral. They were trying to be positive and didn't want me to feel bad, but I just found out the rooms were dirty, there were crumbs in the rooms, one room had a half of a toilet seat, one room was missing light bulbs - an employee took one out of the hallway and took it into the room, there were water/dirty stains covering the bottom 12 inches of the drapes, the water would shut off during showers in EVERY ROOM. I am appalled and saddened that my family had to stay in these rooms. I have apologized to them! I will contact Hotels.com for a refund. NEVER will I send anyone here again.

This hotel is in decline. We found that the security lock on the room door was missing a piece. There was no basin drain stop in the bathroom sink. We found two roaches in the room. The wear and tear of use was obvious and not spruced up. The breakfast was generous and hot and a pleasant surprise.....expectations weren't great!
