Just stayed here this past Memorial Day weekend and we were very impressed with the place. It's probably less than a year old so everything is still new, clean and modern and the location is great. We've stayed many times in Hot Springs and this was by far the best spot, everything is well within walking distance. Communication was seamless as well. When I booked, I forgot to inquire about which floor we'd be on, but this time we had my mother-in-law who is in her late 70's with us but luckily our host was able to switch us to a 1st floor unit. We also were greeted by the onsite manager upon our arrival who let us know, where he stays in case we need anything. We'll definitely stay here again when we go back. Something to note, if you're someone who likes to go to sleep with the TV on, the bedrooms don't have TV's so bring a tablet or something with you

Excellent stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to all of the major attractions and sites in the area. Communication with Anatoliy was outstanding throughout our stay. He was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
