All with lake views. Deep year-round water, natural rock shoreline and sunset views. New for 2025 added two kayaks for adult guest use "at your own risk". Just minutes to everything in Hot Springs.

2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath (downstairs bath tub only, upstairs shower only) A-frame cabin with screened in porch that overlooks the main channel of Lake Hamilton. Natural rock shoreline and year round deep water. Knotty pine interior with 9' ceilings downstairs. Full kitchen. Lakeside deck. Dock with 12x30 covered boat slip and attached swim dock. Lakeside chiminea area. Queen size beds in the two bedrooms, nightstands with built in USB chargers. Ceiling fans in bedrooms, living room and screened in porch. Central heat and air conditioning, additional window AC unit in upstairs bathroom. 42" TV streaming Netflix, Peacock, Pluto and Roku Channel (no cable). During the summer we provided 4 foam floats, 4 universal life jackets and 4 noodles for use at the dock. We also provide two kayaks for adult guest use "at your own risk". Adult size life jackets are provided and required by law when kayaking. Kayak use instructions and suggestions can be found in the cabin. Youth size life jackets are not provided, please bring your own. Please bring your own beach towels for use at the lake. No smoking or vaping inside. No pets. Convenient to town and Oaklawn Racing Casino. Bald eagle sightings are a possibility.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player and Netflix. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, a ceiling fan, and an ironing board.

Cozy stay at the A Frame

We had an amazing time at the A Frame on the lake. Check-in was very smooth and easy, and Bob and Debbie gave great instructions and were in touch to ensure we had everything we needed. The house is great for a getaway. There were great suggestions for things to do in Hot Springs, and the chiminea area is absolutely amazing - we loved sitting down by the water and having a fire. All around a great stay!

This home on Lake Hamilton was comfortable, very clean and spacious enough for 4 adults. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was beautifully furnished and the screened porch overlooking the lake was our favorite place. We loved our stay.

A REAL get away!

Very small. Perfect for 2-3 people. CLEAN! Very well stocked kitchen and baths Owner, Bob, put alot of thought into his GUEST INFO book. Restaurants, nightlife, beautiful scenery AND historic sites. A lake in the backyard! Floats! Fishing info. So, so quaint! Mineral baths! Was a perfect vacation

Perfect quiet get away

My husband and I had a lovely stay here for weekend to unwind and get away. The hairs were very responsive and thorough with everything we needed to know. The place was clean and comfortable. The beds were nice and I slept great! The porch was the best pet by far we sat out and watched the sunrise and set over the lake absolutely perfect! I would stay here again in a heart beat

Exceeded our Expectations

I surprised my wife with a weekend getaway and chose this A-frame house. There are a lot of little landings and locations to read a book and have a quiet chat. The dock was perfect for watching starts at night. There are also lots of things to do in town and nearby parks. We swam in the lake, fished, visited Ouachita Lake and watched birds all weekend. There are deer, rabbits and other wildlife. The morning we left we spotted a beaver crossing under our dock. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. The property owner also helped us out when our car wouldn't start one morning. I would highly recommend taking your spouse and/or your family to this hidden gem. Will definitely come back.

My wife and I were in town for two night stay. We wanted to just relax and enjoy the lake view. The view and experience from the dock was just what we needed. Nice property, relaxing, on the water. Only issue for us was the mattresses. We are late 50’s and heavy so may not be an issue for most but we could have used a slightly firmer mattress. Everything else was excellent.

Amazing porch!

Perfect location, ahhhhmazing porch, everything was updated and just as it was listed. We rented a tritoon for a couple of days and were able to park it at the dock which was so convenient. Being able to swim and fish off the dock was awesome too! We loved everything about it (even the steps lol)! Will be back!

Relaxing Weekend

This property was perfect for the relaxing weekend we wished for. We were able to enjoy the screened in porch in spite of the rain; the screens provided protection while letting us enjoy the view and the breeze. I can't say enough about this property. It was everything we wanted it to be. Nice, clean, updated amenities, plenty of dishes, utensils pots and pans etc. It was exactly as the listing stated. (Which unfortunately, is kind of rare). Easy drive to places in Springfield, great view of the water, nice decks, just a really nice place to stay.
