"Such a beautiful stay. Easy to get to from the train and bus station in Lucerne, just take bus 21 and it takes you straight to the front of the hotel. One of the only properties in Lucerne that is on the lake, we swam in the lake in front of the hotel… we will be back. Rooms were very well maintained and clean."

"Our whole experience at the Blu was great. To our fave waiter each evening making one of his signature drink we named Swiss Sunset to the staff helping us with our ice fixation and switching out towels. Everyone was so accommodating not to mention it smells amazing when you walk in and not like a musty hotel. It’s so close to tours and the train station and the nice hot shower with lots of water pressure was nice after a long day. The fridge was great for a stash of drinks and chocolates. Would stay there again for sure! The Lion Monument and Chappel bridge is walking distance -"

"Staff is what made my stay so special. Very kind, helpful, amenable. There is NO air conditioning. Rooms are small and circulation is almost nonexistent so beware if booking during summer. Decent breakfast spread. Great location, convenient and near major points of interest. The staff truly did make the stay so comfortable and I would recommend the hotel to anyone outside summer season."
