I just wanted to say the room was perfect for my short stay there . Very clean, spacious although I was told there was construction going on they did not affect or disturbed my stay… I do appreciate the on-site parking, which makes it extremely convenient. Clean room. Nice lanai - we were able to see the ocean, part of Diamond Head, and some of the mountain. We enjoyed the pool as it was warm! The Royal Kuhio is centrally located so we were able to walk to Waikiki. We drove out of Honolulu every day to explore so coming back to a (free) parking spot was so nice.

This is a phenomenal location in a safe, guarded, clean building with friendly, helpful staff for the price. We appreciated the kitchen, however the pots and pans need upgrading. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, and also appreciated the terrace for morning coffee and evening wine.
