Great staff, delicious, rich breakfast and very comfortable room with adequate amenities

great time. Friendly staff. Clean room. Fantastic view. Very convinient.

Icon went above and beyond my expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I literally did not have to lift a finger. They took care of my luggage, check in was efficient, room and facilities are clean and comfortable. It's very hard to find Icon's room size (bathroom has a separate tub with TV, so relaxing after a long fight) in any other hotel in Hong kong. In room free mini bar was fully stocked and the 200 HKD laundry bag that provided full bag of machine wash laundry service is a bargin. The "Timeless" Lounge came in handy when waiting for my late flight out of Hong Kong. The shower room and the steam room next to lounge make the waiting lounge almost as good as the airline lounge at the airport. When i was ready to go to the airport express station, the bellman waved the free airport express shuttle for me and took care of my luggage. I can not be happier with Icon. It's well worth the price. I will definitely return for my next stay.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Super nice people. Love the shuttle busses. We especially loved the free mini bars!!!

Friendly helpful staff. Great location! They even give you a cellphone where u can make unlimited international calls and use as a hotspot. They provide a shuttle to get you around town. Rooms are superb with free mini bar

Hotel exceeded our expectations and it was just absoutely amazing!!! From the location to the smellllll <3

Overall, I had a fine experience staying at Hotel ICON in Tsim Sha Tsui. The staff was beyond reproach, extremely helpful and courteous. The thrice-hourly hotel shuttle was a quick way to get a lift to the TST MTR station, although it stops running at 10pm, which means you'll have to walk back at night or grab a taxi. As far as the hotel restaurants are concerned, I can only speak to the Western breakfast options, which were perfectly fine, although obscenely expensive. The free in-room minibar is stocked with two beers, two colas and two diet colas, as well as juice boxes and candies, and the room is stocked each day with four 12oz bottled waters each day, which is great, as you'll be buying a ton of bottled water as it is. The room comes with an ironing board and iron, a safe, a hair dryer, robes and slippers. One annoying oversight is that there are no clocks in the room, save for the tiny one on the telephone's user interface. The 3G smart phone that comes with the room is a life saver, as you can take it out on the town with you and you get what I believe are unlimited calls and data. It's worth it for the online map functions alone, but it also has social media apps and all of the basic phone utilities, plus a suite of visitor-targeted apps that can guide you to places to eat and shop, things to see and more. The one major drawback I found with the room was the luxury rain shower, which would be great except for the fact that the shower floor is completely smooth and slippery, which makes for a stressful time. There is a separate bath in the room, so that mitigates it somewhat, but personally I'd have preferred a basic, no-frills shower with a textured floor. This hotel is also affiliated with the nearby polytechnic college and serves as a training ground for hotelier students, which is pretty cool. Overall, I wouldn't dissuade anyone from staying at Hotel ICON. It's much more reasonably priced than some other high end hotels in the area but, that being said, it's still a bit pricey and there may be comparable experiences at other hotels for much less.

The Hotel ICON was perfect for our stay in Hong Kong. The service was excellent, the rooms were very comfortable and the location was great. It is not a bargain hotel, but price compared to other hotels of equal quality is very good.

the hotel was amazing..the architecture the service the gym on the roof and the pool were all great! Took my mom to Hong Kong for her 80th birthday and she thoroughly enjoyed the trip and the hotel!

Great hotel at a great location. Highly recommended. I traveled with my family and had a great experience at Hotel Icon. Great and friendly staff and superb service. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a training hotel for the local Hospitality college students. It's INCREDIBLE. You definitely want to stay here. Location is good. Shuttle helps get you to/from train station. Give you a cell phone to use for data/maps/tethered hot spot/local calls. Views of HK harbor from higher floors are beautiful.

We were upgraded to a Club Room. This was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at in Hong Kong.

Hotel has everything one needs -- good restaurant, tremendous pool/gym facilities, great location, very helpful front of house staff, free phone with min/data while you are staying in HK, amazing value, really!

The hotel ICON is a great choice for business. It has everything you need and it's location is terrific. Far enough from the noise but close enough to get where you need to go quickly no matter if it's the HK side or into China. The food, pool and gym are a major plus and the club level although not as elaborate as some is very nice. Try and get a harbor view as you won't regrett it .

The ICON is a lovely 5-start hotel without the 5-star pretentiousness.

Why I like Hotel ICON: - Great concierge service whose emails were patient and clear, explaining how I could get to Hotel ICON given protests - Fabulous gym with cardio, weights, lockers - Swimming pool overlooking Central - No "hard sells" for their pricier restaurants, spa and other amenities - Free mini bar, including mini M&Ms. - Quiet room, couldn't hear the elevator or street noise.

Good view from the room and clean big room. Good value for price.

Room was very clean and comfortable, AC worked! the free to use phone was fantastic, so unusual to stay in a hotel in Asia where electronics exceed your expectations and internet speed is fast. the printer in the room was a super bonus and worked perfectly. I will recommend to all of my friends and business associates, this was a great jump in service for business travellers.

I stayed in a club suite, at checkin I was taken to above and beyond for a private checkin. The room was amazing with fresh fruit and a welcome card! The hotel also has a shuttle bus that makes trips downtown every 20 minutes.

A coworker actually recommended this hotel because of the rooftop pool. This hotel is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. A few great perks: 1. Handy Smart phone provided by hotel for the duration of your stay that allows you unlimited international and local calls and internet access 2. TV in the bathtub ;) 3. Amazing view of Hong Kong island from the gym 4. Rooftop pool My only compliant would be the taxi service. I had to travel to the other side daily for work and cabs do not want to take the tunnel because of peak time traffic.
