Una situación privilegiada al lado de la Plaza de Armas justo detrás de la bonita Plaza de Gipuzkoa y a 2 minutos del animado barrio de la Marina donde disfrutar de numerosos bares y restaurantes. Cuenta con una capacidad para 4 personas con 2 habitaciones y 2 baños (uno de ellos integrado en el dormitorio).
El apartamento cuenta con un amplio salón con cocina americana, 2 baños completos y 2 dormitorios. Uno de ellos con cama de 160 cm y baño integrado en la habitación mientras que el segundo dormitorio dispone de 2 camas de 90 cm.
Igualmente, el sofá del salón es convertible en una cama de 160 cm.

La sala dispone de smart TV con acceso a las principales plataformas de streaming.
