We really enjoyed our stay here and the host was very responsive to my questions. The only issue we experienced involved the non functional hot tub. I was a bit disappointed by this considering this was one of the reasons I chose this property. Several service technicians came out, but they were unable to fix the issue during our stay. The home was very clean and stocked well with beach supplies!

Fabulous friend’s getaway

Had a great time with some great friends. Loved the location to the beach and shops. Host was very responsive to questions. House had plenty of beach chairs and bikes for us all.

Great location with pool close to beach and restaurants!

The property was very clean with nice upgrades throughout it. Although it is adjoined to a neighboring townhome, we didn’t hear the neighbors much and the pool area is very private with landscape all around it. The fourth bedroom is smaller with a bunkbed, but it was perfect for our 8-year-old. We could have used a larger living room space since hurricane Debby kept us inside for two days, but normally that would not have mattered as we would’ve been using the pool and at the beach mostly. The home is elevated, which was nice during the storm as the roadway flooded out front. Our street was still passable by vehicles during the storm. Homes north of Pine Avenue were completely flooded and people were unable to leave their homes or head to the airport if needed. This was a great location that was only a short golf cart ride to the beach and did not flood as bad as the northern end of the island. The pool was great up until the storm hit! The beach chairs were a big plus as well! The management company was very quick to respond and were easily reachable by text. This home was a great value compared to some of the other more expensive rental homes in my opinion. We would definitely consider staying here again on future trips.

Beautiful La Mer

We had an awesome time. The house was a perfect size for our family of 7. The kitchen was well-stocked and we easily worked together in it for breakfast, lunch and the three dinners we cooked at the house. Not a very far walk to the beach.

Great location. Nice space. Clean. Only suggestions are to clean the white outdoor furniture and make sure bicycles are all in working order. The outdoor furniture is covered in mold. Only 2 of the 5 bikes were rideable. The others had flat tires.

Nice House - poor management company

The property was good and we enjoyed ourselves except for the following items; 1. There was construction happening on this street and they were going to dig across our driveway, leaving us with no place to park vehicles. I called AMI Accommodations 3 times to have them help with a place to park, with no call back or help from them. I worked out an arrangement with the workers. 2. Propane tank was almost empty, we were told there would be a full one. 3. No explanation anywhere about the pool and spa. 4. One of the door alarm wires came undone and I called to have it repaired the technician said, 3 times, "I'll make sure you don't get charged for this". I told him we better not because it was how it was wired, not our tampering that caused the wire to come undone. I'll be back to AMI, but more than likely not through AMI Accommodations.

Family vacation 2022

We originally had planned to stay in Cape Coral this week, but due to Ian, we were forced to change our plans. My husband and I had driven through Anna Maria last fall and found it to be quite cute. So when we began our search for a home there , this home kept popping out. We loved the fact that it had three bedrooms with king sized beds. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub. There were plenty of of near by ( within walking distance) amenities. We chose to rent a golf cart, because of our 78 year old father and were able to explore much more of the island. I would definitely recommend this home again. Although if you have anyone with trouble handling stairs this may not be the house.

Family Vacation 2022/8

The house was perfect! Backyard was heaven! Very private. My grand kids loved it! Very spacious! I would absolutely rent this house again! Location was great as well! The house was beautiful!

Family Vacation (91 YO to 3 YO)

We had 5 adults and 2 kids in this property and was spacious for all. The property was tastefully decorated as advertised.The kitchen was well stocked. The private pool was clean and the hit for the kids. The added beach supplies and pool floats were a plus. Staying in any place for a week warrants a vacuum, broom and dustpan at the least. The vacuum in the garage did not work. The only broom I found was commerical style. The sheets on the bed were a bit rough and as it has bunk beds for kids, a tub would have been nice. I had to make a makeshift tub for the 3 year old as she is scared of showers. Also, the bikes in the garage were nice but 2 of 5 had flat tires. Given everything constructive, I would stay there again,.

Nice home with beautiful outdoor space

We had 5 adults, 4 working and had no issues at all with Wi-Fi. The house is as advertised, with plenty of space to spread out. Nicely decorated, plenty of towels and kitchen gadgets. Very comfortable beds too! We loved the outdoor space. Pool was beautiful and heated. Screened in porch with tv was a nice bonus. While we did not have young ones, alarms on doors out to pool were definitely a safety feature and worked well. I would suggest having basic cleaning supplies and broom with dust pan available to renters. Also note that the sitting area by the tv is smaller but certainly workable. Great neighborhood, close to restaurants, ice cream and community park with Pickleball and tennis courts. They also have bikes there to use. Recommend staying here!

Great place on AMI!

Great Place

Rare spot that looks just like pictures. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Home was beautiful. Walking distance to many good restaurants and a short golf cart ride into town. Really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Home

We booked this house at the last minute due to our cruise being canceled. The house was very nice and it was only a 5 min walk to the beach and even closer to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 almost everything was closed but all of the locals were very nice and appreciative that we were there. The amenities were perfect for our stay except the propane tank on the grill was empty and we had take it to be refilled. We would definitely stay there again!
