Surfers Delight

As a surfer, proximity to the ocean is key. It is literally just a few steps from the unit. Condo is well stocked and very comfortable. Covered parking. We will be back!

Our stay

It was really nice. Two things though. Dishes were still in dishwasher. They were clean. I put them away. Secondly, the living room floor was a bit unclean. Our small dog found two hard crackers with garlic on them and a popsicle stick. I think they were at the edge of the front of the couchs.Otherwise, everything was good.

Great Location

We’ve been coming to Topsail for years as a family and typically stay further south. The location of this property could not have been better. Essentially oceanfront as it’s only 20ish steps to the beach from the front door. Ability to be anywhere on the island or across the bridge in 5 minutes or less. This would be a great stay for bike riding but our kids are too young for that. Property was clean and well appointed with kitchen utensils, etc. Washer and dryer work well although a few of our items came away with tiny rust stains that we’ll have to work on at home but I’m sure will come out. Dishwasher worked great and was quiet. We would recommend this to any family considering staying in Surf City.

Wonderful Stay at the Breezeway Shores

We enjoyed our recent stay at The Breezeway Shores. The unit was very clean and conveniently located. We particularly appreciated the 1pm check in time and the close proximity of the beach access. The host was very responsive to questions.

Great Experience

Our family loved staying here. We love that the townhome is right at the beach and we don’t have to cross a road with small children to get to the sand. All rooms have tvs with WiFi connection. The kids loved that. Will stay here again.

Everything we needed.

This unit had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, beach chairs and umbrellas were very appreciated (even though we had brought our own). Beds were comfy. The dog crate, bowls and baby gates were very helpful also so we didn’t have to bring our own.

Beautiful Location, could have been in better condition when we arrived

Love pulling into our rental. When we began moving our stuff in it was apparent the unit was not ready for us to be there. There were serious issues with the cleanliness of the property. I was extremely taken back as all reviews of the owner in the past were great. The cleaning crew was called back out the next day and after they left I felt the unit was much better. The owner was responsive and seemed apologetic however we burned almost an entire day between cleaning when we got there and then needing to essentially repack our stuff for the cleaning people to come back. I feel the owner made an attempt to make it right with us by refunding the cleaning fee however I am not satisfied with the response when I expressed what I felt was a reasonable request. I will definitely be traveling back to Topsail, however I will not be staying in these units again.

Great unit and location

We really enjoyed the island and location. Ted is a great host. It’s close to a lot of things but still quiet at night. The view from the deck is amazing and you can hear the ocean all day.
