Enjoy a peaceful getaway tucked in on the NC intercoastal. It is a quarter mi from the Surf City bridge and mile from the beach, allowing you and your family to enjoy coastal NC. This custom-built home has 3BR 2.5Bath. It offers a back deck that backs right up to the intercoastal, providing a wonderful spot for morning coffee or dinnertime views. Located within walking distance to our favorite local coffee shop & restaurant, we are sure you will love our home as much as we do!

All 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds & easy access to the hall bathroom. The third half bathroom is located downstairs in the living room area. Kitchen is fully stocked.

The house is a 2-story home built on stilts so be aware you must be able to walk up and downstairs comfortably. All three bedrooms are on the second floor of the home. The house and bedrooms are not wheelchair accessible.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker.
