This beautifully furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront home features the popular reverse floor plan with the living, dining & kitchen areas plus 1 bedroom & 1 bath on the top floor for incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. 

As of April 1, 2025, the elevator is temporarily out of service, while a part is on order.  The issue should be resolved by the end of May.

Relax under the covered porch watching the pelicans glide over the ocean, listen to the ocean waves and feel the refreshing breeze on your skin. The open layout of the main living area includes high ceilings for plenty of light and nautical cottage decor. The coastal blue & white kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there’s room for 3 at the kitchen counter. Sit back and enjoy movie night in the well-furnished living room which boasts a comfortable sectional sofa. Sliders provide access to the covered oceanfront deck, and amazing views of the pier.

Your beach rental is located approximately .4 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island, puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

This home rents Friday to Friday, weekly reservations, throughout the year.
Linens (bed & bath) are included for standard beds for all reservations 7 nights or more. Linens for non-standard beds and for rentals less than 7 nights are NOT included. Guests may bring their own or rent them through Ward Realty.

Trip Preparation:
Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more!

Please note that this Topsail Island vacation rental comes with sheets and towels for all standard beds for all weekly (7 night minimum) reservations. Linens for non-standard beds (sleeper sofas, futons, roll-a-way beds etc.) are not included. Guests may bring their own linens for non-standard beds or rent them from Ward Realty.
