This 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom oceanfront half duplex located in the heart of Topsail Beach is the perfect spot for a well deserved vacation! Enjoy the convenience of one floor living. The oceanfront covered porch will surely be a great place to take in the views and the sounds of the ocean.

Sweet Dreams: Linens (Bed and Bath) are not included. Linens are available for rent through Ward Realty.

Perfect!

This was the perfect Birthday/Mother’s Day getaway I had hoped. The check in process was easy and very accommodating. The property was beautiful and access to the beach was ideal. It was very clean and everything was very well marked for easy use. I was hesitant to rent with no reviews so I am very pleased to give a 5 Star first review. I absolutely loved this home and look forward to returning again someday! Thank You, Roxann
