The house was beautiful and accessible for my daughter in a wheelchair. She really enjoyed sitting on the porch and looking out over the lake. We would definitely go back to that house again.

The cabin was very clean, roomy with beautiful views. The 7 of us fit comfortably with plenty of space to enjoy. Having use of the kayaks was awesome. My youngest grandson caught some nice size Pike. Cabin location was excellent for visiting Acadia National Park and Barr Harbor. We will definitely rent this cabin again!

The front deck that is elevated about fifteen feet from the ground, overlooking the lake, has all the markings of a private guest setting. It has a larger dining table, a grill and a cozy fire pit. We were out there every night enjoying what I thought to be private time together. It was only on my fifth night there that I discovered it wasn’t private at all when I heard the click of what I saw to be a ring camera attached to the house on the corner of the deck. I then noticed the lights on the camera would randomly come on indicating someone was monitoring our doings and conversations. This is outrageous and illegal! I was, and still am, absolutely stunned by this egregious violation of our privacy. Everyone I have told this story to since I have returned from vacation jaws drop. After spending several thousand dollars on a Maine vacation, it is appalling that my memory of it is someone eavesdropping on our private conversations and affairs. Notice the photo of the home attached to advertisement for this property. What’s missing from the photo is the Ring camera attached to the house in the corner of the deck. Outragious! Who knows what other hidden and undisclosed cameras I didn’t detect.

Picture perfect!!

Awesome location! Very nice price! All the conviences without the tourist hysteria of Bar Harbor! You can be to acadia in less than an hour, also the castine area even quicker. Ellsworth, Brewer, Bangor have everything ypu could possibly need. The lake was quiet, clean, warm, loaded with wildlife. We hope to stay longer in the future.Only cons are water pressure ( not aweful), and if you like to cook a lot, it could use newer and more pots, pans, and skillets. And maybe a bigger grill, but we made due just fine! Loved it and it will be remembered by all. Thank you!

Perfect location

Scott's house on Green Lake was perfect for our vacation. We took advantage of the row boat and kayaks provided and my kids loved it. There was great fishing and swimming and had no issues with neighbors next door. The home was as described and was a complete retreat from work and home.

Great time

Came up to Maine with my parents , three children and my brother and his two girls. Had a great time staying at the house. Right on Green lake we spent many hours jumping in the lake from the swim platform, fishing,snorkeling (we brought our own equipment) and using the kayaks provided. Everyone had a blast and great proximity to Acadia national park and Bar Harbor.

Green Lake

Green Lake is a beautiful lake, We enjoy being on the water when in Maine. Owner communicates well, Cabin is clean, The living TV area is up stairs in the loft and cabin is really a 3 bedroom with the 3rd being in the walk out basement, Owner delivered a fan for the bedroom as it was Hot while we were in Maine. It was great to have the 2nd bathroom down there and the house was well equiped with supplies for the Kitchen and bathrooms.
