This is a odern, clean and comfortabl hotel with a courteous and helpful staff and easy access from I40. They offer a nice hot breakfast which is available early. There are other by places for lunch and dinner.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property which is conveniently located a short distance off the Interstate in an area of other motels and restaurants. Although it is an older property it is well maintained and very clean. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon and an employee was washing windows and front doors. Parking is in front of your room and I heard no noise from other rooms or traffic. The room had microwave and refrigerator and a larger than expected flat screen TV. There was a huge lineup of TV channels including music channels and Wi-Fi was easy to access. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast included waffles, omelets and sausage. The staff was way above average. It was the easiest checkin I experienced in my nearly month long trip through western US. I was the first one at breakfast and the front desk employee was helpful. I was ready to leave by 6:30 AM and as I struggled to load my car, the same front desk employee came out to help me. He said he had noted on the security camera I could use some help. I was very impressed and sorry that I neglected to get his name. I travel a great deal and this property far exceeded my expectations. (As an added bonus, gas prices were the cheapest of my entire trip in Holbrook).

My husband and I had a very distressing experience at the Quality Inn Holbrook. Upon check-in I was greeted by an extremely surly reception clerk. Not a smile or a friendly word of welcome at all. It was in stark contract with other hotels we had stayed in during our trip and my first impression of the hotel was not good at all. We booked a king room and were assigned room 107. We were content with the room; it was clean and spacious with fridge and microwave. Later on we left to have dinner, leaving everything except my handbag in the room. On our return we decided to lock up and prepare for bed. Unfortunately when we checked the window we found it to be unsecured with a broken lock. We called reception to report the window and the same clerk responded. His attitude had not improved in the slightest. He attempted to lock the window and after fiddling with it for several minutes, then said, "I'm not staying here all night, I'll move you". We made it clear we were not prepared to stay in a room that could not be secured and the clerk then just walked away without another word. We packed our belongings and waited for him to return. He eventually returned and said there were no more king rooms so we would be in a twin, which is not what we booked or paid for. When I asked him to clarify the cost he said he kept the rate the same, but would deduct 10%. His attitude by now was downright hostile and I told him that I was not happy as he was making us feel like we were to blame. HE THEN ORDERED US TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY!! We refused as it was 1030pm and he threatened to call the police, which we encouraged him to do as he was acting very aggressively. He called the police and while we were waiting he accused me of being snooty. He said that I had been snooty since check-in, to the extent that he would only adress my husband. Now this was a clear lie as my husband stayed outside to empty the car while I checked in. He walked away when caught lying. The police officer arrived and when I explained the situation he was very annoyed. He encouraged us to leave so we could have a "better experience at another establishment". He was appalled that the window had not been properly maintained and said he would follow up with the management the following day. He escorted us to another hotel and apologised on behalf of the town for our experience. We were very upset and it only occurred to us in hindsight that the clerk had not uttered one single word of apology for the broken window or the inconvenience of moving rooms at 1030pm. This situation should never have happened. The clerk was rude, aggressive and to top it all off, he was caught lying in an attempt to cover up his appalling behaviour. I spoke to the duty clerk the following morning and she encouraged me to complain to the hotel owner, which I did. The general manager responded and offered an unreserved apology. If you do stay at this hotel I recommend you check the windows can be secured, particularly room 107

This was just a quick one night stop on my way to Las Vegas. My first impression was how wonderful the desk clerk was (dang I forgot her name). The room was lag and very clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Quality Inns are usually my choice when it come sto Choice Hotels

We stayed two nights at the Quality Inn in Holbrook, AZ while touring Route 66 and visiting the Petrified National Forest. This 2-story, exterior-hallway motel is a decent place to stay. There was a swimming pool. The breakfast spread was nice, but the coffee weak. We walked to a semi-nearby Denny's restaurant for dinner. My rating was negatively impacted by: weak and slow WiFi; an extremely filthy window which I cleaned with Windex that I had for my car; damaged and un-repaired wall by the front door; stained carpet at bathroom vanity; and only heat lamps (2) in the very-warm bathroom. The desk clerk was helpful when prompted by the wifi service provider, but the signal never improved. Next trip we will try another motel.

I've stayed in Holbrook twice a year for years. I have tried many of the motels. This Quality Inn is by far the most pleasant and reasonably priced place I've stayed in Holbrook. I recommend this place to everyone. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The room was clean, staff nice and the breakfast good. I checked in at 1 am in the morning and they pleasantly got me a room and upon going in the bed was nice, comfortable and it had all I needed for a good nights rest, comfortably.

After 12 hours on the road, we needed a good night's rest in a comfortable place and this fit the bill beautifully. Welcoming staff, very nice accommodations. Didn't mind paying the pet fee for 1 night's stay. Hot breakfast was very nice. Room had fridge and microwave which is a must for us travelling with our dog.

Desk host and team were very courteous and friendly. Nice clean place to stay in and right off the interstate exit. I liked the breakfast and coffee...it's free! Also I so happened to forget a pair of kids shoes which they saved for me..thanks guys!

This was a nice nights rest after a long day at the Petrified Forrest and Painted Dessert. We checked in no problem. The room was clean and not in disrepair, The breakfast in the morning was free and hot. The front desk staff was friendly. Overall it was a great stay.
