After 8 days or non-stop site seeing in VN and Cambodia, it was nice to slow down the pace at this resort. We had a suite, which we loved. Bed was very comfortable and spacious bathroom. The staff was kind and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and my husband purchased 2 pairs of shoes and a laptop bag from the leather boutique - fair price (we shopped in town first and didn't feel as confident/secure in buying there) and convenient (custom shoes in 24hrs!) The beach was pretty disappointing (no direct access to the water; large rocks separated the sand and the water) so if you're coming for the beach, this is not the place for you. Our suite booking included a free airport transfer, as well as a free transfer into the town - otherwise it cost exactly 100,000 VND by taxi (~$5). Overall, a good stay but I think I would prefer a more boutique/cutesy place next time - this had the bigger resort feel that suits families with kids better.

Loved the kids club. They had lots of kid activities like pottery painting. The staff are wonderful. We were able to go to spa for 3 hours and our 3 year old stayed in club and loved it!

Location, staff and breakfast were great. Wall air conditioners and fans were a bit of disappointment. Otherwise, great place for families, couple, kite-surfers. I would not recommend the hotel for singles, as there is not much party-life happening around.

This hotel is just amazing and straight away had the WOW factor. My husband actually got a little emotional when we arrived as this hotel was outstanding. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, staff give you a totaly personal check in covering everything you need to know one on one. every staff member remembers you by name, even out shopping one day the staff (Luc) called out to us to say hi and give us some great advice. The Australian manager,Andrew would chat with guests, checking our likes and asking for ways to improve on things.we are already talking about re-booking for next year. The lanterns lighting up the pool were beautiful, and rooms with inside/outside veranda were perfect. Happy hour was great value and all gueasts loved it , this was the only hotel on a months trip that was outstanding in every way.We have recomended it to everyone we met in our month away already.Thank you to all the staff, YOUR AMAZING.

Sunrise, is located at the end of a peninsula. The location is great for get away and short enough for a bike ride to the beginning of town, of which Sunrise will happily lend you a bike free of charge. Sunrise has several other excellent amenities, in addition to free bikes, 3 restaurants all wonderfully priced, a couple of bars and 2 very nice elegant infinity pools appearing to seamlessly connect with the ocean. The staff is so incredibly nice and accommodating. Almost all of them speak English well and are always willing to help you with your Vietnamese. The housekeeping are like ninja's, i don't think I ever saw them yet 2 times a day my room was clean. The best part of Sunrise, as if it gets better than the above, the breakfast in the morning! OMG AMAZING! Fresh local fruit, omlettes, toast, bagels, scrambled eggs, soft boiled eggs, pho, Chinese noodles, fried rice, fresh squeezed juice, milk, it goes on! - Breakfast included with your stay. Wake up -> Mozey down to Breakfast -> Shuttle/Bike into Hoi An -> Shop -> Come back to Pool relaxing and a couple of drinks -> Grab dinner at restaurant -> Sleep in a cloud
