Little Hoi An was in an ideal location and all shops, markets, Japanese bridge, restaurants were in a short walking distance. While I booked a ‘Deluxe Room’ about 2 mths ago, I’m not certain the booking was as described. There was a note upon arrival regarding ‘unexpecteded’ all-day curb/sidewalk construction in front of the hotel, another building next door undergoing construction and the hotel pool and lounge area totally closed. Our room was comfortable and quiet but the view was a ‘wall’. Rather than ‘make a fuss’ the room was adequate since we only slept there. Breakfast service and selection was good. I would like to make mention that the soap/shampoo dispensers are glass, not plastic, and picked up by a loose top, accidentally dropping it and shattering on the shower floor! Of course we had to summon housekeeping for a glass clean-up. It was promptly taken care of however at check out we were ‘presented’ with a charge of 200,000 dong for the mishap.

Lovely little hotel within walking distance to the old town but far enough away to be quiet. The hotel had by far the best breakfast of all the hotels we stayed in in Vietnam. Pastries were fresh and the salads really delicious. The staff were great and very welcoming.

Excellent charming boutique hotel, a few steps away from the Old Quarter. Hotel staff is excellent!!! Arrange your day trips, transport and tours with the hotel. Staff recommended a local seafood place (Hon restaurant) by the beach and the local town tour via electric car dropped us off there. Food was fresh and super yummy! There is a nice breakfast spread every morning both local and international selection. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated with local wood work, includes standard hotel amenities like toothbrush, shampoo and shower gel. They even have coffee, tea, bottled water and fruit in the rooms! There is a small pool and elevator for convenience. I highly recommend this hotel.

A Fantastic Stay for Solo Traverlers! I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel! It’s perfect for solo travelers, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Great location, right on the river, less than 5 minutes walk to old city center, night market, several restaurants, several massage places. We had balcony with a great view of the river and old town. Hotel provided free shuttle to the beach that was very convenient. They also provided free bicycles to use. Nice breakfast with several choices. Clean room, comfortable bed. All amenities including air-condition worked well. TV had Netflix and prime. No bathroom issues. Very friendly and helpful staff always eager to help. We enjoyed our stay. Will consider to stay again in future.

Lovely place

The staff is friendly. The food was delicious! We were sad to leave. We are now at the Hyatt in Da Nang and as beautiful as it is here, I prefer the Little Hoi for its proximity to town and it’s sweet ambiance.

Can't rave enough about this hotel!! Was in Vietnam for 2 weeks and travelled from south to north and this specific hotel was BY FAR our favourite out of all of them!! The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful (fantastic english too!!), the property was very clean, our room's view was gorgeous, the food was ample and great, the service was phenomenal. My sister in law had her birthday the day AFTER we left, yet the staff still gathered together and brought her a little birthday cake (while singing happy birthday) at breakfast on the day we were leaving! Location is fantastic, it was quiet and rooms were just lovely (with a balcony)! Make a point to use their bicycles and go for a lovely bike ride to the beach - only about 5km each way and takes you through rice fields.

We had a great stay at this wonderful little hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a drink and small snack at check in, which was a nice touch. The location is pretty much perfect - steps away from old town but just far enough that you’re not kept up by the festivities. The exterior of the hotel is very cute and quaint. Pool and gym were small but nice, breakfast was good and enough variety for everyone to find something they like. Room was spacious and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and linens. Only thing I’d note is that the soundproofing of the room was lacking, sound seemed to travel from other rooms and the hall. Not enough to seriously disturb our sleep, but just something to note, especially for the light sleepers out there. Overall we had a really positive experience and would stay again. Thank you!!
