It feels like these apartments are rented out without proper authorisation, which gives a shady impression despite the property being secure and well-maintained overall. The apartment’s condition varies depending on previous occupants. Cleanliness is questionable – the sheets seem unchanged, and they use harsh chemicals, leaving an unpleasant smell. There’s no storage facility for early arrivals or late check-outs, and communication with staff feels dismissive and rude.
