Overall the hotel was really nice. The spa is not set up well and the ladies seem to have little training, but the restaurants and bars are great. Breakfast was nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in all sections. The view from the bar at the top of the building is wonderful. The area has lots of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.
my room have a moldy smell maybe due to not good ventilation?
The bathroom could be better, when showering water leaks all over the floor. Only 2 electrical outlets in the room.
This was my third time at the hotel in the past ten years. Staff were pleasant but things were different. Hotel was now charging for cafe sua Da at breakfast when in the past it was complimentary like any other coffee. Despite my return to the hotel and a six night stay, we were not upgraded to a room with a view. My view was a cement wall and little sun light.
This is one of the best hotels where I have stayed in Saigon. My room was large with a separate living area and the breakfast selection was impressive. The hotel is conveniently located on Nguyen Hue, which is an active place during the evening. I would certainly stay here again.
