I got a massage and the locker key broke causing me to be late to a call These cabinets in the mail locker room next to the spa are very substandard compared to the rest of the hotels in Saigon To be honest to replace them all in Vietnam would probably cost $1000 but right now they are very dysfunctional

Excellent hospitality by staff!! Rooms are old. Toilet tap leaks constantly, only two mineral water bottles and only two tea bags. The working chair is very low seater even at the highest level making it difficult for me..I am 5ft 7'.
