The room stinks. I could barely stay In their The room doesn’t look cleaned at all there’s towels on the floor and on the chairs the bedsheets are dirty.and didn’t look like the pictures Trash from the previous people and spit stains the paper on the wall is coming off and there are cockroaches in the room and this doesn’t look anything like the picture that I booked for the room. There’s not even a couch here. I honestly tried cleaning up as much as I could, and I tried to Spraying the room and they didn’t even try offering me an upgrade for the inconvenience they where real cheap about it I had to keep complaining until they switched my room the day on arrival the lady lost the key I was stuck outside sweating my butt off very unorganized and disappointed

Very poor do not stay with this provider

The first room we were taken to did not have any table and chairs , no forks, no frying pan , no bath mats we were then taken to the apartment next door there was only 1 chair to the table no bath mats no toilet paper and for the whole 5 days the TV did not work and when they attended to it it was in Vietnamese .we had to ask to go to the pool and had to wait till someone took us to the 7th floor. This is unacceptable and you should not use this provider the pictures shown on hotels .com are not what you get . The doona cover had holes in it . The hot water went out for 24 hours we were constantly asking for assistance. We are returning to Ho chi min but will be booking through another source .
