Centrally located to some major tourist attractions. All within a short walking distance. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is made to order. About $90 a night. Have stayed here 2 other times. Very consistent.

Ideally positioned for all the sites. About 100 metres from Ben Thanh Market and walking distance to war museum, post office, cathedral and the Bitexco Tower Sky Deck. Staff were very helpful in organising trips etc and the rooms were comfortable and well cleaned. Gym was a bit of a let down but I would recommend this place!

Stayed a total of 3 nights- a family of 4 with two children. As stated in the title, the hotel's location is great, the rooms are clean and spacious and the other facilities are great. Breakfast is great as well As a minor comment- seems that there might be a bad odor on some of the 1st floir rooms so might be advisable to skip those

The room was big, clean and bed comfortable. Staff were courteous and polite and they provided great service. During breakfast, staff were attentive and we were treated like VIPs. The location was good and convenient, and many nice restaurants within walking distance. We were satisfied with our stay at Norfolk Hotel. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable.

This hotel is very good because of the great location and the very good service. It is a little more pricey than some other hotels, but I think the service and location makes up for that. I enjoyed the fresh fruit every day in my upgraded room. I would certainly stay here again. The hotel is walking distance from many popular sites. And after a long day of walking around I would recommend a good cold craft beer from Pasteur Street Brewing Company, which is just around the corner.

I'm sorry for my late review, but I stayed at Norfolk Hotel during my stay in Saigon at the end of May 2017. From the time I started emailing the hotel to make a reservation, the staff was very helpful and polite throughout the process and helped me a great deal with lots of suggestions for tours and of course booking of the tours. Thanks to her great arrangement, I had a great time in Saigon even though I was visiting the city alone. All the staff and drivers at the hotel were friendly and polite. I loved the daily fruits in my room which changed every day for my 4 nights stay. It is also conveniently located in the city, so it's a great choice.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for three weeks while waiting for our place to be remodeled. Breakfast was included so we went down for our first meal of the day before we leave the hotel to check on our place. Our apartment was close to the hotel so we were able to come back to room to get a break or do some paper work during the day. The hotel offered daily fresh fruits in the room and they put a couple flowers on the best that I thought it was a nice touch. Guests were mostly business people so even it was busy at times but very orderly and professional. The hotel is relative new so the doors and windows have good sound insulation. This helped blocking the noise from busy street below. We stayed at three different hotels during this visit to HCM city and I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This is an outstanding hotel extremely well located in Saigon's District 1 and exceptionally well fitted out. It is within easy walking distance of the Saigon Centre (big shopping centre) and Ben Thanh Markets and not much further away from all good streets and attractions - still walkable for most people. The staff are incredibly attentive, both the accommodation and dining room staff alike. We had a large room with a balcony overlooking a main street and breakfast included. Like everything else about this place, breakfast is also excellent. They have a range of options from Asian cooked to full English. They have an egg station where staff will cook any type of egg option and a toaster to cook your own toast to your liking. All this for what I would consider a very cheap price for a five star hotel. We had one evening meal in the hotel restaurant and it was both very nice and very reasonably priced. Do yourself a favour and go over to the Barbecue Garden Restaurant for a meal whilst there. It is diagonally opposite 50 metres away and you cook your own meal on your own table top BBQ in a really nice garden atmosphere for a very good price.

This is a good hotel cheaply priced with excellent service standards and staff that are genuinely service oriented. It's located very centrally in District 1 and while the room may be quite minimalist, the location and staff more than make up for it.

The Norfolk is not a big hotel, nor is it a fancy hotel, but if you want a comfortable hotel in a good location for a reasonable price - this might be the hotel for you. We stayed in the Premier double room for a couple nights. We are now at the five-star Rex in the Governor's suite. While the room at the Rex is a little bigger and slightly better appointed, the Norfolk is certainly not lacking in any way. The room was lovely, the staff were great, the breakfasts were good, the location is just a stone's throw away, and its very good value. I only have one complaint - the street noise was almost constant - even on the sixth floor. In short, I'd definitely stay at the Norfolk again anytime. I think it is as close to perfect as a 4 star hotel can be.
