This was my third time staying at an Alagon property. I really like this brand. When I first arrived, it was a rough start, as we waited 45 minutes for our bags to be delivered to our room. We finally decided to go back to the lobby, and retrieve our bags ourselves. We also ordered a club sandwich from the room service menu which is supposed to come with bacon, and instead came with chicken. When we asked for the correct sandwich, we were told since we each ate a piece, we would only be provided with half of a sandwich. Kind of outlandish since we aren't the ones who made this mistake. Also, this hotel really should offer more Western-style foods at breakfast for guests. Other than these things, I still think the Alagon brand is a good choice. Other staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was immaculately clean. The food quality is good. And this hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of everything.

Was on vacation with my friends, we were at different hotels and they won't let anyone who's not on the registry go into the room with me, have Vietnamese friends both guys and girls. Understand the need for security but if someone is with us and escorted should be allowed in the room.
