We enjoyed our stay in Hiroshima. The hotel was within walking distance to the places we wanted to go. The staff was very helpful. The mattress needs to be replaced. It sloped down.

The absolute absolute worst worst ever full of bug

This is the worst place out of over 60 countries that my daughter and I have used with Hotels.com. I was standing in front of the hotel before they allowed me to see the room, they demanded that I booked it but they would refund it if I did not like the room when I saw the room it was full of bugs and spilled garbage and horrible horrible room, within five minutes hotel.com called them and they said that they would not refund it even though it was only a five minute thing… I had just had open heart surgery and I said I cannot be in an infection place with all the bugs and garbage in the room… Even though I booked it two minutes before and chose not to keep the room… They would not give a refund… They still charge me with all the bugs and garbage and everything on the floors

Very decent hotel, 200mtrs from Hiroshim Train St

Very decent hotel for a very reasonable price, the Onsen is very clean, the staff helpful and the hotel in general is of a decent 3/3.5 star standard that seems to cater mostly to business clientel. I had seen previous reviews regarding the hotel lack of cleanliness but the reviwes are several years old and no longer applicable. I would stay again
