While there were a couple items such as window screens that aren't tight and the outdoor grill wouldn't work with the outdoor plug it I nice unit. The neighbors are super friendly.

Also a few lights in the lamps were burned out and need replaced. There were also more little bugs I saw crawling on the floor than I would have liked to see. I appreciated the bike and beach chairs for us to use and the proximity to the beach and shops etc at shelter cove.
