Lovely home, comfortable for multi generational family time. Well stocked for all cooking needs; and well equipped for beach days. Easy bike ride to beach and local shopping center (harbor town). Would absolutely book again!

Long weekend getaway

Loved this beautiful home and all the detail. It was perfectly spaced out for 2 families with teenagers. Having 2 masters was great. Looking forward to staying here again!

The house was great and the family especially liked the pool.

Everything was very nice. The kitchen was very well equipped with very high quality cooking items.. It is not very close to the beach, but everyone really enjoyed the pool. Back yard and pool were very secluded with great landscaping. Great stay!

Outstanding vacation property! Had everything you could possibly need. Beautifully furnished, roomy, clean and well maintained. The pool was a real treat for the family. Sea Pines is a lovely setting. Highly recommended.

Hilton Head Island 2024

Gorgeous home with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. We all loved the screened in porch and spent a lot of time there. Amazing room set up and easy for our large family to spread out when needed and congregate when wanted. The home is located in an amazing spot in Sea Pines - truly convenient to everything. We would stay again!!

When we arrived they even had a nice gift basket and a special note and treat for our dogs. They were extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had any needs or issues. We loved the backyard and screened in porch. The only minor thing that could be improved is the cookware. The pans are not in great shape. Other than that it was wonderful and we hope to stay here again.

Every amenity was provided from the chef's kitchen to games to a zen porch. The house is beautifully furnished and there was a great gathering space as well as areas for people to relax in quiet. The location made this easily bikeable to all the fun sea pines has to offer...the salty dog, harbor town and of course to the beaches. We have been coming to sea pines for 25 years and this was our favorite home and location ever!

This unit was so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and had absolutely everything we needed. There truly wasn’t one detail that was overlooked and it was also SO clean. The pool was really nice and the yard is fenced in which was perfect for our dog. We were on a super quiet street with an easy walk to the beach. The front office staff is super kind and helpful - Totally worth it and will continue to rent from Beverly Serral for all future visits.

This property on Baynard Cove is well designed and thoughtfully decorated. There was plenty of room for our group. All of the beds and furniture are very comfortable, with wonderful linens, towels, etc. This truly felt like a home more than a rental property. The kitchen is well appointed and more than adequate for preparing family meals. Highly recommended. My only (very minor) complaint is that an ice maker is sorely needed - remember to bring some ice along with you. Other than that I was amazed at the attention to detail. I would absolutely stay here again!

I always have a bit of anxiety hoping the rental house will live up to expectations. This property surpassed! It is beautifully decorated which you don’t realize how much you would appreciate until you are there. The appliances were top notch, the pool had tons of floaties and the home had every beach item you would need. We did have an internet issue and our contact, Lydia was so helpful and accommodating and it was fixed within a day. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful time I had. Well worth the cost and will be in my dreams until next summer vacay

The home is substantial and peaceful with beautiful high end furnishings and decor and comfortable beds. It was abundantly and thoughtfully stocked with necessities. The location was excellent, being a short bike ride to the beach, and bikeble distance to shops and restaurants as well. We loved the pool with its just-right amount of sun and shade, perfect for floating and gazing at the mature, beautiful trees surrounding it. The rental company was attentive and helpful. Two notes: The grill needed cleaning. Three of the bedrooms had en suite bathrooms, but the other two bedrooms were served by a hall bathroom that is adjacent to the kitchen.Our young adults were not at all bothered by this set up, but some may wish for more privacy. Overall, we were extremely happy with this rental! We all agreed that we would love to return to this home!Thank you for sharing it with us.

The provided great communication throughout. the home itself is simply lovely and so well thought out. It is comfortable and elegant but not fussy and over decorated. We loved the simple kitchen--it was so well stocked with all the plates, serving pieces and appliances you could ever want. The beds were so nice and comfy and the pool was beautiful and shaded during the day. We loved the screen porch on the back and enjoyed the deep front porch as well. our two grandchildren were thrilled with the Over the Garage kid suite. the ONLY thing we could have missed was a big game table tall enough to keep a puzzle out of reach for the toddlers. There was plenty of nice seating areas but no big game table other than the nice round dining table. AC laundry and all baths worked perfectly and the house was spotless and the yard very well kept. We will grab this beauty again when we return to Hilton Head in a year or two. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Loved, Loved, Loved This House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is beautiful, updated, & was immaculate & bountifully appointed for our stay.We had 10 people, incl my mom of 83. There are a lot of steps up to the entrance, but all showers are walk-in & the master shower has a bench with hand-held shower.All bedrooms are nice! The room with twin “boat” beds is like a dorm with en suite bath, serving our 4 teen girls well (2 are petite and shared the room’s sofa).Great laundry room with 2nd refrigerator-freezer. The pool and spa are heavenly! The pool water was warm without being heated during our early June visit. If you have a pup, what a bonus is the fenced-in yard. We heard that someone in the area had just lost their dog to an alligator so there’s huge peace of mind in letting your pup roam the yard safely. So much was supplied - shampoos, soap, detergent, beach chairs, wagon, coolers, games. We didn’t use the closer beach entrance, but instead drove to the SP beach club. Rules may be seasonal but we could park there early in the a.m. & then again beginning mid-afternoon. In between, parking is limited (if I understood correctly) to guests of the resort and residents. We could enter to drop our girls off with their chairs & coolers. Do check the restrictions of the area you’re renting in. As of this post, SP doesn’t allow e-bikes (or golf carts, I believe) so my hopes of renting an e-trike for my mom were dashed. The security office declined my request for an accommodation for her mobility in getting to the beach. I’m told this rule is being challenged. The beach at SP Beach Club allowed dogs off-leash during the early morning & evening. A great pleasure of our visit was rolling out of bed & taking our pups to the beach. Seeing dogs running, greeting, & frolicking gave us so many smiles! Ours just loved it.The rental office was great to work with, ev

The house was beautiful and was roomy for all of us. The kids am lost never got out of the pool except to ride bikes mad go to the beach. Theee was a beach car, plenty of chairs , umbrella etc. everything was in good shape and the house and pool were wonderful. We would load up a chair with the beach studs and one ord the party dropped at the end of the road and we would walk the beach paths. One person took the car and rode the bike to the beach. Worked well. You could walk but it is about .75 mile to the beach and a little much with 4 kids. Definitely would go back. The management was also super easy to work with.
