The property was one of the older facilities on the beach. The location was great. The hide-a-bed sofa was a bit worn out but still reasonable to use. The kitchen was a bit small if one wants to prepare a large dinner but hey, you are on Hilton Head with so many great restaurants you shouldn't need the kitchen.

Great cozy condo a short walk from the beach

Our family (2 adults + a 6 year old) had a great weekend in Hilton Head using this unit at the Breakers as our home away from home. The unit itself is well-equipped. The kitchen is small but functional. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, boogie boards, a couple beach chairs, etc. Everything was just great. I wouldn't consider this an oceanfront unit, but it does have a little bit of an ocean view if you stick your head off the balcony and look left. For us that wasn't a big deal at all.
