Nice house in a quiet area of Sea Pines! House is right next to the horse stables and very close to the Nature Preserve. The beach is a 1 mile bike ride away on a nice, shaded bike path. Path leads to a less crowded beach access. House is nicely decorated and very roomy! Furniture was nice and firm beds. Large walk in shower in master bathroom, just wish it had a seat! All hardwood floors which I like in a beach house! We would definitely stay here again!

Location is centrally located in Sea Pines which allowed us to bike to Harbor Town, Salty Dog and outside of the main gate to Sea Pines in less than 20 minutes. Our host was great at communicating with us and followed up after we checked in to ensure nothing further was required. With bike racks in the rear and the grill ready for use all the little things were already thought about by our hosts. The upstairs loft bed is a nice touch. We will be back again!!!

We enjoyed our stay at 81 Lawton Rd. The house has been nicely updated and is very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the horses walk back-and-forth from the stables. Overall a very pleasant place to stay.

Home away from home

Our recent stay at 81 Lawton was wonderful. It was very clean and well equipped with starter packets in kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. The home has large rooms with walk in closets. The neighborhood was easy to access and quiet. The house had everything we needed and more.

81 Lawton is a very comfortable, well-maintained, well-located property. The living areas and bed rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. It was a perfect accommodation for attending the RBC Heritage tournament.

Perfect for us

This home provided everything we needed, it's bigger than it looks on the outside. As a family of five with all of us above 16 years old, there was plenty of space and the amenities were great. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and are already looking forward to coming back in 2024!
