The Blue Heron @ Coligny Circle

Welcome to the Blue Heron! This cozy little beach house is big on outdoor space. Outdoor decking is as big as the home itself! It’s two beautiful blocks to a public beach access and six blocks to Coligny Circle.There is a bike path to Coligny halfway in between the house and the beach. The beach is pet friendly and so is our home. The home has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, a dining area that seats eight and a bar areas that seats an additional five. There are two used adult bikes and one kids, umbrellas, eight beach chairs of varying sizes and weights, buckets, a razor scooter, skateboard, outdoor games, hammock, grill that uses gas, charcoal, and wood chips, boogie boards, tikki torches, indoor/outdoor dining options, and a beach cart. The beach access is at the end of the street and is wide enough for you to park and unload. Multiple families and guests are welcome-no parties.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
