Stylish beach retreat with ocean views and modern Scandinavian design! This newly renovated villa is just steps from the beach and within walking distance of great shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Enjoy a beautifully stocked kitchen, new flooring, a walk-in shower, and a separate bedroom with a desk—perfect for remote work. Dine with an ocean view on the balcony or at the kitchen island. Beach chairs and two bikes included for exploring. First-floor location with easy beach access!
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!
Our complex is 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property.
Biking is the preferred method of transportation on the island. We provide 2 bikes for your use.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great 4th of July Weekend

We had a great stay at the place over the holiday weekend. There were still parking spots even though we arrived late at night. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. The listing was true to photos, and anything we needed (extra towels, trash bags, beach chairs) were provided. It had its own beach access and was within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Overall it was a nice stay and we would come back!

Best first impression of Hilton head

My overall stay was amazing! I had a last-minute urge to take my girls to Hilton head for our very first mother-daughter spring break trip and this place was exactly what we needed. It was super easy to book. The location was perfect! It was close to all the restaurants and we felt super safe the whole time . The bike rental was a huge plus! We plan for this to happen yearly ! We will definitely be back soon!

Great condo @ Seaside Villas

This was one of the best small condos that we've stayed in recent years at HHI. Very convenient, clean and well furnished. We will certainly look for it again when traveling as a couple.

Nice, Relaxing Mini Vacation

Kendall was a great hostess. She had great communication and reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed. We had the cutest boutique cookies waiting on us upon arrival which was a very nice touch and welcoming! The unit was beautifully decorated and was exactly as listed. Checkin was smooth and we enjoyed our stay with no issues. We would stay again!

Great location

Amazing this property was perfect size for myself and my daughter for a three night stay on Hilton head. The beach was so close to walk to and a short walk or bike ride too many shopping and dining options. Highly recommend the host was very responsive and helpful as well.

Beautiful condo and excellent location

Beautiful condo with an excellent location. Close proximity to restaurants, shops, grocery store and most importantly just steps from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. Check-in was easy - Kendall was communicating with us the morning of our arrival. She was extremely helpful - checking in with us to ensure all was good with our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is perfect! An easy walk to both the beach and the Plaza area, which is full of shops and restaurants. The bonus of having bikes to ride up and down the beach and the bike trails was great! The lovely condo is small, but we had plenty of space to make breakfast each morning and to sit on the balcony, which had a peek of the ocean. The bathroom had additional shelves for toiletries..handy. This was our first trip and we hope to repeat it in the future. It's all good!! Thank you Kendall and Jeremy!

Great location and stay, will be back!

Very clean, cute condo. Custom sugar cookie treats Upon arrival was super sweet. Very close to supercharger (1.7mi away) and local restaurants at Coligny Plaza. Short drive to Harbour Town. Hostess was super responsive and nice. Enjoyed my stay.

Unit was very nice. You actually get what you see in the pictures of the rental.

Outstanding beach access, short walk to shops and restaurants. From the beginning of booking to checkout. Kendall was in contact making sure we had everything we needed also checked in during our stay to make sure everything was OK. Kendall made everything very easy.

Perfect location! Light and tasteful decor.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is right on the beach and it was an easy and enjoyable walk or bike ride to shops and restaurants. Clean and bright

Well maintained property. Description and pictures were all as described and more. Walkable to grocery and great restaurants. The host even had valentine cookies waiting for us on arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Good Location/Bad Check-in/Very Uncomfortable Bed

My husband and I have been coming to Hilton Head for the last 12 years. The condo is clean and location is great, close to beach. But upon arrival to Hilton Head from Ohio I had still not received check-in packet with codes to gate and condo from Kendall. I had to reach out to her when I arrived for that information. Also, did not get parking pass until the next day (Christmas) when she brought it, which concerned me because I didn't want to get car towed which has happened before when not given a pass. She did not respond for 3 hours when I asked for a pass and even offered to meet her somewhere. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, definitely needs replaced. The last 2 nights my husband and I stayed in Best Western Ocean Breeze because we could no longer sleep in the extremely hard bed. Jeff & Jackie S.
