Family Vacation July 2025

Birdie was the perfect home for our family vacation. The house was even more beautiful than the online photos. It was clean, well-stocked with supplies. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The pool was the perfect size and depth for our family of 12 as well. In addition, the Management company AvantStay responded immediately to our every question and request. It was a wonderful week in Hilton Head, we truly enjoyed our stay.

good location

We had a good time but were disappointed in a few items. The pool wasn't clean when we arrived. The grill was in total disrepair. the outdoor fire pit didn't work. The outside furniture was uncomfortable and the deck fan didn't work. The deck it self was nice. The house itself was really nice and was well appointed. I know it sounds like it wasn't a nice place to stay but, we would diffidently stay there again. these were all little issues but I wanted to bring them to the owners attention.

Best Sea Pines trip to date

Everything was excellent. The house was beautiful and clean, and everything worked as it should. The locks to the french doors were a little hard to figure out at first, but the PM responded quickly and helped us out. The only suggestion we could make would be to include a gate of some sort from the deck to the pool. We had a couple of toddlers in our group and had to keep a constant eye on them trying to sneak their way down the stairs to the pool.

AMAZING

House was even better in person and super well kept. Super easy to understand. I enjoyed it so much I recommended to all my family and friends already. I plan on staying here again when my family or friends come to visit on a vacation. Don’t second guess it and just book it!! You won’t be disappointed

Summer family vacation getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this home with our family- son, two daughter in laws and 3 grandchildren. The home had space for us to spread out and yet share time together in the kitchen and family room area. We enjoyed the pool a few days (had challenges because of rain from Debby.) Would highly recommend to a large family or extended family who would like to spend time together on vacation.

Perfect oasis!

We visited Hilton head to celebrate our sons birthday. We wanted to stay close to everything, but far enough away, so that we could have some privacy. This property was exceptional! Extremely clean, very spacious and family friendly. We all enjoyed the pool, game room and location. The AvantStay team went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable and perfect. There was even a birthday gift for our son waiting for him inside when we checked in. We will definitely be back to this beautiful home. Thank you AvantStsy!

Recommend staying here

Highly recommend this property. Super clean house, which says a lot bc I am a clean freak. Very spacious for large families. Kitchen fully stocked. Coffee machine. Extra pool towels provided. Washer and dryer if needed and with small children was def plus. Nice quiet private community. Easy access to the beach and harbor town, very close to multiple restaurants with endless walking/ biking trails. Would def stay here again. Best Sea Pines vacation rental we have every stayed in.

Great stay!

This place is great if you're looking for a family trip! Has lot of fun activities to do within the house that made it hard to want to leave. There were a few things that need some fixing but was very manageable. The upstairs hallway bathroom does not drain properly, the door handle where the toilet was located kept falling off, and the dryer does not dry the best but overall a great rental.

Fantastic home. We've stayed in HH dozens of times. This was the nicest property we've experienced. Great central Sea Pines location. The open floor plan that spills onto the outside deck was perfect for our group of 7. Generous bedrooms and great game room. Only minor hitches, some missing info for the front door code which was addressed immediately by an AvantStay rep, and some unfinished sprinkler work near the pool was unsightly... that's on the irrigation company. Highly recommend this property for a large group.

What a fantastic house! We truly enjoyed the beautiful house, with a great layout, in a perfect location. The house is large enough for two families to share. The only recommendation I would have is a new coat of paint - most of the walls had pretty significant marks and scuffs. We also bought (and left) two new pool sticks for the pool table, as both original pool sticks were broken. Otherwise, I would HIGHLY recommend this incredible house! We would definitely stay here again.
