The host was very welcoming although everything was so well prepared that I did not need to contact them during my stay. The house was fantastic and fully stocked for any need we required. The location was quiet and convenient.

It’s a lovely place to stay in a quiet neighborhood but close to the action at Coligny! The back deck is great and the kitchen very spacious loaded with extras to help with cooking and coffee lovers!

5 stars! We had a fantastic stay at this Sea Pines property. The home was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for our family. The location made it easy to enjoy everything Hilton Head has to offer, and communication with the host was seamless. Highly recommend — we’d gladly stay here again!

Outstanding Long Term Rental Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home. The owners were always very responsive and easy to work with. The online pictures are very accurate and the house is very comfortable. We stayed for 3 months during a renovation project on our own house nearby so were already familiar with the neighborhood.

Perfect trip

This review is a few months overdue. However, we had a great trip! Perfect house in great location, with everything you need. It was clean, roomy, & very comfortable for a group of 5. We also liked that it’s close to the gated entrance, & close to grocery stores & restaurants. Perfect for relaxing, biking, shopping, eating, & exploring. P.S. try the truffle fries at Charbar (drool).

Great house in great location!

House was spacious and nicely decorated. The deck is extra large to enjoy the outdoors all day. The location is close to many restaurants, bars, beach and golf. There were many extra amenities such as the French press coffee maker that made our stay more enjoyable. 5 stars for sure.

Awesome Week for HHI Wedding

We have visited HHI several times thanks to family who live in Sea Pines. This was our first VRBO vs. hotel and the PERFECT rental for our week-long stay - two couples plus one - for a specular wedding celebration and vacation. This home has everything for a comfortable stay. It's lovely and spacious with a well-stocked kitchen and GREAT beds. We enjoyed the huge deck overlooking a serene wooded area, bird watching and deer spotting. You can't beat the location just inside the Sea Pines main gate. You can get to everything from the airport and other resorts to the Sea Pines attractions within about 15 minutes. Beyond the main gate there's access to every convenience (two grocery stores, two Starbucks, two drug stores, and a variety of terrific local restaurants). Last but not least, Rob and Lisa are wonderful and responsive hosts. We appreciated their pre-arrival communication, the thorough house information, and their recommendations to enjoy HHI. We highly recommend this rental and look forward to our next visit!

My family & I loved this property. In a nice neighborhood, in the back off of the beaten path. Was a very clean home with excellent hosts. Super clean, comfy and close to everything

Would easily stay at this home again. Kitchen was amazing and bedrooms/beds comfortable. The property was very private. We even saw a family of deer one day in the backyard.

What a GEM!

This house was great. It had everything we needed. The back deck was a bonus since we love chilling out outdoors. The location is close to everything. There were so many things in the home readily available to use if we needed it. I appreciated how clean the home was along with how well kept it is as well. There are too many things to separately list, but this home is definitely listed as a favorite for me. I will be booking this home again on our next visit to Hilton Head. Thanks again to Rob and Lisa for allowing my family and friends to enjoy your home!!

Awesome Stay at Otter rd

The house is amazing! One level was perfect for my elderly parents and younger children. The kitchen is fully stocked, the furniture is so comfortable, and the back deck is amazing. Great location, great price!

Felt Right at Home

Comfortable and relaxing, this home was a great fit for our family. We enjoyed using the spacious kitchen, lounging in the living room, & playing Cornhole in the private backyard. We appreciated the quick communication with the host and would book again at this location.
