Ninja blender, toaster, hand mixer, and both a single-serve Keurig and a 12c coffee machine are all provided to make you feel at home.

This 2BR/2BA villa sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably with a king bed in the primary bedroom, 2 queen beds in the secondary bedroom, and a pull-out full sofa sleeper in the smaller sitting area. 3 Smart TVs are installed: in the main living room, smaller sitting area, and secondary bedroom allowing guests to spread out to enjoy their own shows.

Fully furnished with everything you'll need including: 3 beach chairs, 2 lawn chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, tennis and pickleball racquets, central heat and air, washer/dryer, stocked kitchen and 2 outdoor patio areas.

Ocean Harmony is also conveniently located near the Alder Lane Beach Access for a quieter beach option with public bathroom and outdoor showers. Located on the beach adjacent to the Marriott is Loggerhead Landing, an oceanfront bar and grille where you can enjoy drinks and snacks. When the weather cools down, relax around the firepits and enjoy seasonal live music.

Please note that for your convenience, starter packs will be provided with paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent.

This is a spacious 1200 sq ft villa with one large living room and a smaller sitting room that includes a TV viewing area and pull out couch. Originally designed as a lock-out unit, the extra space allows privacy with the bedrooms being on opposite sides of the unit.
