The beautiful property was perfect for our large family vacation. We loved being ocean front and also enjoyed the pool. The layout allowed for everyone to have their own space. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Family Thanksgiving

7 Guscio Way was the perfect place for our family Thanksgiving. The beach front location made it special, cousins running to and from the beach to the pool and hot tub was so fun. The 8 bedrooms and huge kitchen made our stay delightful. hope to come again!

Kitchen well-appointed and Island Time was excellent to work with, even allowed us to park extra cars in their parking lot. The only disappointment was gathering space inside and out: tiny porch on main floor where we couldn't watch thunderstorms together and living room only seated 7 comfortably. Our large family just wished for more space to hang out.

Fall Family Getaway

This home is VERY spacious and feels solid! The second and third floors were very spacious - even the hallways were wide open. Fourteen of us stayed in this beautiful home with a 17 month old on the third floor who could not hear a thing going on in the kitchen/family room. Direct beach access is must! Thank you

Beautiful Beachfront Home

Our large family group, ages 10 months to 66 years, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 7 Guscio Way. Location kept us on an awesome wide, flat beach, away from the crowds even on a busy holiday weekend. Well appointed with everything we needed. Only negatives were the small living room for our large group trying to watch college football, and very limited parking for such a large home. Property management company was great, allowing us to use their parking lot for overflow parking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is an absolute 10. The house feels a little dated but enjoyable nonetheless. My only complaint would be dishes/pans were put away dirty so we needed to rewash everything. The street/driveway is a little tight/narrow, and navigation apps can't easily find it, but that's not a knock on the house or the management team.
