Carolina Place is a charming neighborhood of single-family homes and villas, complete with access to a community pool, tennis courts, and the stunning Sea Pines beach. Located near the front gate of Sea Pines Plantation, you'll be just a short distance from Harbourtown and the Sea Pines Beach Club, while being surrounded by the serene Sea Pines Nature Preserve, featuring miles of biking and walking trails. Enjoy the community amenities, including a gas grilling area, three tennis courts, and two pickleball courts.

As you enter 24 Shell Ring, you'll find yourself greeted by a bright and inviting foyer. A few steps up to the right leads you to the cozy guest bedroom, featuring two bunk beds and an en suite bathroom. On the first floor, the left side of the hall boasts a luxurious king bedroom, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and another spacious king bedroom—all designed for your comfort.

The living room is the perfect gathering space, offering ample seating with two large sofas, a mounted TV, and coastal decor. The dining area features seating for eight and opens onto the back deck through sliding doors. Here, you can enjoy outdoor dining with serene views of lush landscaping and a tranquil lagoon, complemented by a gas grill for your culinary adventures.

The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with an open bar overlooking the living room and a cozy nook area with seating for four. A conveniently located laundry room is also off the kitchen for your convenience.

Downstairs, discover the updated garage recreational area, equipped with beach essentials, a ping-pong table, foosball table, and a dartboard—perfect for family fun after a day at the beach.

Carolina Place is a quiet residential neighborhood that comprises of about 50% permanent residents, 20% rentals and 30% second homes. The neighborhood includes a gorgeous swimming pool and hot tub (Open April 1-Sept. 30), new outdoor gas grills, sauna, steam room as well as tennis and pickleball courts for guests use. All homes are situated around 2 lagoons.Bike or drive to Sea Pine's newly updated Beach Club, Harbour Town, South Beach Marina or one of the areas many golf courses. You can also enjoy horseback riding and the petting zoo at Sea Pines' Lawton Stables.
The beach is a short 15 minute scenic bike ride away as you travel alongside the lagoon, canal and nature preserve.

Greenwood Gate is a mile away, making it easy to drive or bike to the grocery stores and local restaurants. The airy feeling inside, and secluded lagoon views make this property the perfect tranquil getaway after a day spent enjoying all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *

Car Passes:– Sea Pines requires a car pass for each approved vehicle. Passes are $9/day or $20/week per vehicle. These must be purchased at the gate, cash only.
