My Tennis Villa unit is D-6 on first floor located between ocean, pond, playground, BQ Grills, Tennis courts, Bike rental, Coconut's Restaurant – all a very short walk - most you can see from my unit.

Wonderfully updated two bedrooms two bath tennis villas. Nicely decorated, clean, cute villa. Great for families and couples to enjoy comfortable accommodations. you will enjoy awakening to a morning cup of coffee and listening to the waves on your double balcony as you watch the sun rise over the Atlantic. A stroll on the beach is only steps from this villa or a quick dip in the seaside pool. The resort offers everything Hilton Head is famous for, two pools, ten lighted tennis courts, beautiful beaches, restaurant, bike rentals, exercise room, and a chance to relax. Located mid island, you are close to great shopping, delicious food, excellent golf, and a wonderful time.

Welcome to Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort Condominium, this resort is located on Folly Field Drive mid island. It is only a short stroll (less than 50 steps) to the Oceanside pool and white sands of Atlantic Ocean. Washer/Dryers a located in Tennis / Gym building very close to my unit.

This beautiful end unit beach Villa features modern design and includes the following for your comfort and enjoyment: Recently the landscaping was updated providing a new garden-fresh look to the grounds. Also, this unit was recently renovated and is decorated with a unique beach theme that provides a Crisp, Clean, Cozy but Comfortable atmosphere. Along with this is a, fresh colorful scheme that has many wonderful amenities. The Villa is equipped with a master bedroom includes a queen size bed and attached full bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and one twin bed brightly decorated. Perfect for children and teens! Adjacent there is additional full updated bathroom. In the living room, there is also a comfortable pull out queen-sized sleeper sofa!

A new trend setting kitchen is equipped with everything, refrigerator, microwave, full-sized range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster along with a large dining table and six chairs, adequate counter space, plenty of cookware, bake ware and dishes. Matching silverware, glasses, and plastic for the family!

These three living spaces are tied to the family-living room area, which has a deck off it, is perfect for ocean breezes. After a long pool/beach day, watch a movie, play a game, plenty here - hang out with a 42” HDTV on the comfortable sofa and loveseat along with oversized pillows for those that like to flop and relax on the floor. Soft lighting or excellent reading lamps in all rooms.

On the deck, our favorite spot! Take in the Ocean sounds, air, and breezes. Relax with a book, and tap onto your laptop with the wireless Internet.

GREAT LOCATION!! This is a perfect location for couple of getaways and families. Adjacent to Beach is the Island’s largest pool, which provides shady retreats. Pull up a stool at the pool bar with deck seating and seasonal entertainment. Also, features ten tennis courts with a full-time pro, pro shop, seasonal children’s activities, basketball, beach volleyball, horseshoes, on-site security, three (3) restaurant, and coin-operated washers and dryers. Bike rental, playground, grills, fitness center.

Additional Amenities: Stocked with a starter supply of soap, shampoos, conditioner and paper products, Flat screen TVs in all rooms, DVD player, WIFI, Iron, Ironing Board, Hairdryer, and Telephone.
