The beach view is ok , condo had all the basic necessities . One thing I would suggest is the springs of the couch are popping thru the cushions so might be time to replace it .

The property is very old, there were no bath products, we were lead to believe this was a resort, not a timeshare property. Everything is very outdated. Don’t believe the pictures you see, very deceiving. Everything about the listing is inaccurate. We would never stay there again or would we recommend it.👎

Great time at the beach

The best place to stay in Hilton head. Right on the beach. Loved being able to use the beach chairs that were provided. We were directed to the wrong building by the office staff at check in, which was a little frustrating but we had a great time. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was wonderful! Ocean view from our balcony. Could walk to the beach and hang out (if weather was warmer). Our son was in a college tennis tournament on site and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the courts. Would definitely stay there again if we are going back next year for the same tournament.

Close to restaurants, beachfront, room had everything you need. Full size refrigerator was great usually you get a tiny refrigerator. Kitchen had stove and microwave. Property has a front gate with full time security. Had a great time and will be back in the near future.
