The Kitchen is on the right upon entering this penthouse-level condo and features granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry! The Primary Bedroom consists of a King Bed with Flat Screen TV. There is a bonus vanity also, in addition to the en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bathroom consists of all modern amenities including a tiled tub and shower combination. The Nautically-Themed Guest Bedroom consists of Two Twin beds and a Flat Screen TV. The Guest Bathroom is similar in style to the master bathroom. The Living and Dining Areas have been updated with new paint, a new sofa and new dining room table and chairs.

The Living Room has slider access to your own private ocean view balcony. Barrington Court Community has its own year-round Heated Pool and Hot Tub, along with Charcoal Grills for guest use. Barrington Court also includes covered parking. You'll be down the elevator and out to the beach in less than 5 minutes!

Beautiful and comfortable condo

Great location! Our family has stayed at many places in Palmetto Dunes over the years but this was our first time in Barrington Court. It is located next to other similar sized condo buildings so the beaches were nice and not overly crowded. Parking was never an issue either. The condo decor was pretty and contained everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.
