We stayed over MLK weekend while the island was very cold and had an awesome stay!!!! The condo is very clean, cute, and well kept. It was perfect for 7 seven college girls! The freezing weather had us staying close to the condo but there was shopping and restaurants right across the street we walked over to! The host was very friendly and had clear and easy check-in and check-out instructions! It was also super super close to the beach. I would love to come back during warmer weather

Great location. Beach just minutes away and they provide a wagon to help bring beach supplies. Beds were unbelievably comfortable. Colignay Plaza was right across the street which is amazing with all the restaurant choices and shops. Definitely will be staying again!

Overall Great Place

We had a great stay at the condo. The only issue we had was the elevator was broken and since it was in the middle of the summer this was not ideal. The location was great! The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked. The set up was perfect for 7 ppl - we were not crowded at all and the two large bathrooms made getting ready easy.

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. I have the most picky family when it comes to travel accommodations. They were all pleasantly pleased. It was perfect!! The location was excellent. Walking distance to everything. The condo had everything you needed. The host was always responsive to all of my questions. Answered in minutes. Would definitely stay again

Great place to stay

I lived and worked on the island for many years and have actually worked right next door to this property so I knew the location was perfect. It was a very nice stay at this property, Nancy was very helpful and informative prior to my trip, my check in and very nice about reaching out to her during my stay if anything was needed. Not only would I stay here again, I’d also have no problem staying anywhere else Nancy has due to her service. Thank you for an enjoyable and comfortable stay Nancy.

Great location and peaceful

We really enjoyed the location of the property. Very safe with gated area for entry, cars and bikes. Very close to the beach and downtown coligny but definitely quiet at night. We enjoyed the large sectional in the Livingroom. Very nice the bathrooms are each in the two rooms.

Wonderful condo - perfect location!

We stayed for a week in this beachy fabulous condo and it was just perfect! On site parking and elevator made everything a breeze! We walked to dinner almost every night - so much to do and you are in the middle of it all!!

No disclosure of ongoing property construction and closure of amenities.

Hosts did not inform me that the property was under construction and common areas like pool and spa were closed and all outside areas were taped off and being sandblasted and painted. Elevator was difficult to access. Construction noise started daily at 8 am and woke me up on my vacation. I contacted my hosts and told them I wanted to check out and get a refund for the last 2 nights of my 3 night stay and they refused. It was as if it was my fault. They were dishonest and unfair. I am shocked that they did not disclose the condition of the property (under construction). Avoid these dishonest hosts and this building until this major construction project is completed.

Wonderful with typical HHI fall caveat!

Incredible location. We were a group of four adults. We loved our location for the 5 days. Perfect to beach and food and shopping! Condo was well stocked and we appreciated that for sure, as we all flew to the island. The couple was amazing hosts!! The only thing we were disappointed in was the communication from the property management company. They informed us that the pool would be worked on while we were there. We were a little bummed, but we also had access to the Seacrest pool deck and bar, which was fantastic. Once we arrived at the North Shore Pl., we were very surprised to see Plastic and tape over all the railings the majority of the public areas, all of the chairs at the outdoor patio/lounge area and access to no major common areas. We notified the Host immediately and told them we were totally bummed but maybe the rental company should be a little more specific with their notifications . Rental company mentioned the work would be done during the day but we were glad no one wanted a nap because the noise was pretty deafening from 8 AM until 4 PM daily except for Sundays. Saying all that, positives much more outweigh the negatives, and we will surely be back:)

Perfection at Coligny Beach

This is my second stay at this beautiful condo right in the heart of Hilton Head Island! The condo is beautifully kept, and even though Coligny is a busier area, the balcony faces a quiet street, making it feel more private. Beds were super comfortable, and everything you need is available. Check in process was a breeze, and communication was effortless with Nancy. My son is living in the Hilton Head area, and when I return, I would stay a 3rd time! Even though I like to stay in different condos! It just feels like home! Thank you!

Location, location, location

This property is exactly as pictured! Couldn’t have worked out any better for our family of five. The location to the beach and Coligny Plaza is to die for! Mere steps to everything! Rent bikes and bike or walk to everything. Perfect week away!
